That's because its another language mate. Not everyone in the world speaks English (sorry, but that's the true).

You may expect everyone will do, because if you watch american movies, when they go to china for example, everyone talks in English. But that's not true. In fact, most people outside USA speaks either spanish, portuguese, cantonese or another language.

Actually, it just looks like he took the end of a telescope, and attached it to a piece of PVC. So i would say about half of it is homemade, but the hard stuff in all in the end he seems to have robbed from another telescope.
