What is your base for this? I'm just starting to think about making soap. Thanks so much.

@9mmprincess Practice with lard or dive into it with olive oil, coconut oil and palm oil. When you want to get in more luxury soaps, use butters like mango butter, Shea butter and avocado butter.

what do you use to colour your soaps?

micas, oxides and ultramarines for the most part...anything natural that will tint the soap.
