  • I love it !!! Comcast truly does suck more than any other business I've personally done business with. Their customer service has no clue nor cares. They will lie to you.

  • People need to get over this its just cable lol. Humanity was not born with cable, phone, and or internet so quit crying and go outside and use what God gave you when services don't work you lazy and ungrateful bastards.

  • @primakr0n Idiot...maybe I should explain this using <=2 syllable words (that's "less than or equal to 2" for you, dimwit).

    It's the principle of it.

OOPS, sorry, that was a bit of a big word. I would suggest looking it up on Wiki, but I bet your concast connection is down like mine was 30 minutes ago. Since I depend on my internet service for my living (I am a software Engineer), it's a little tough to ''get over it".

    -a lazy and ungrateful bastard

  • @THE304679 e. Disruption of Service. The Services are not fail-safe and are not designed or intended for use in situations requiring fail-safe performance or in which an error or interruption in the Services could lead to severe injury to business, persons, property, or environment (“High Risk Activities”). These High Risk Activities may include, without limitation, vital business, or personal communications, or activities where absolutely accurate data or information is required.

  • @primakr0n read terms and service agreement that you agreed to when you got service, you cant be mad at a company when you agreed to there rules and regulations. It is your fualt for not reading the fine print especially if your using the internet for your living. maybe you should have signed up for business class if it has more stability. do a search comcast+user agreement and you will see the terms and services its on the back of your install sheet that you sign.

  • i work @ a comcast call center and u guys gotta hear the types of calls we get, the majority of the problems COULD be fixed IF ONLY the customer took the time to look it up under comcast.com or .net

  • @348frank348 … Look it up at comcast.com or net ? How about when your internet service is so shitty you can't lookup any webpage ? Does it tell you how to resolve when comcast lies on your bill or lies when they say they will resolve it but don't ? Does it tell how to resolve your non working Comcast phone ? I imagine you do work as for Comcast Cust Service. Your statement is the kind of asinine thing we customers have come to expect from you. Just google "I Hate Comcast"...

  • @348frank348 I would then be spending my time navigating thru their intentionally non-nonsensical web page (perfectly designed to keep me there the max amount of time), being bombarded by their advertising, while looking for a solution to an issue that should never be there in the first place (needing a weekly reset of the modem???, that's MY fault apparently!)

  • Mona the Hammer.. I have the name for my next Dragon Age II character.

  • Don't pay over the phone, they don't tell you that you are rolling over any late charges. They just charge you late fees on top of late fees but tell you over the phone "you only have to pay" said amount.

  • @TheP0rcelainheart … They scheduled to come to my house on the 4th of July. They never showed or called. I'm still to this day waiting on their answer on why that happened.

  • I hope that was a Logitech keyboard she was smashing. I want to do that to my Logitech mouse (mice actually). Logitech customer service has been sucking for the last 3 years.

  • Antney, she did pay for it!! As I said in my first post!

What do you think the criminal punishment for $300 worth of damage would be? It sure as heck would not be jail time. It'd be a slap on the wrist.

She paid, case closed. Now lets get to Comcast actually giving a damn about their customers (right now I'm on the phone for the *fourth* time today to try to get an appointment rescheduled properly for something they didnt' do right in the first place!!)

  • "has its faults"? Understatement of the year.

Btw, she paid the fine for the damage she caused. People don't get prosecuted and imprisoned for $300-some worth of damage. The court system has better things to worry about. And a jury of her piers wouldn't convict her in a million years... not if they were cable customers.

  • I don't care if it was $30 or $300 in damages. She went in there with a weapon and with malice and premeditation and destroyed property which did not belong to her. There is absolutely no justification for anyone to do that. If she is so dissatisfied with the service her only recourse is to disconnect service. She committed a crime and for that she should be punished. The jury selection process would have weeded out the people who would have favored her actions.

  • @antney1108 You tell 'em!

It's always the fault of the dumb customer. We should be praising and thanking Concast for providing us peasants with service in the first place. Concast doesn't 'owe' us anything, geeze, what do you think this is?

That angry, and clearly dangerous, old woman should be put in jail immediately for upsetting Kim Jong Concast!

  • At the very least she should be required to pay 100% of the damages out of her own pocket. This is exactly the kind of thing the courts are here for. People who commit actual crimes (as opposed to frivolous law suits) are to be punished. The courts do not have better things to do than to uphold the law.

  • @fredct42 If they were Comcast cable customers they would likely have been weeded off the jury then, huh?

  • You are a fucking idiot. She is a god damn fucking national hero - a true consumer vigilante.

  • What she did, regardless of your opinion of the matter, which I can see is pretty slanted, makes her a criminal. So call me a fucking idiot if you want but you can also suck a fat load of shit out of my ass.

  • @antney1108 While I do agree that comcast's tier 1 phone support technicians are lumbering, idiotic apes, I do believe that if the user is technologically savvy, majority of problems can be avoided. Stop forcing others to fix your own problems, and start thinking for yourself.

  • @Replicator87 You are dead-on right.

  • i hate comcst!!!!!!!!!!

  • I don't automatically hate Comcast, I love the "Power Boost" most of the time. But this bad conenction is a load of bs, heck the tv has a faint snowy effect on it, I THOUGHT IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CRYSTAL CLEAR!!!!!!! LOL

  • i worked at a comcast outsourcing call center and i had a heck of a time at the call center..hoho

sorry guys but 90% of employees don't know shit about the product and have to place you on hold until they get someone on floor to answer your questions... but in the process of finding the correct answer for your questions you might go to the restrooms or visit your fellows at different departments...

i hata calling 800 numbers 'cause i know exactly what's going on hohohho

  • @heeromistress I love Comcast!

  • What I hate is that my Internet speed breaks down, ping rising on online games, etc. When I call, they simply blame the router. The thing is that it's not, and I guess they try to blame it on anything but themselves. :P
