fisher and ovechkin are actually my 2 favorite players (ovechkin #1) but if you look at 0:30 and pause, when you go to throw a hit you kinda wanna be stable and get the power from your legs, obviously your legs won't be upright so i personally think it was NOT AS WORSE AS IT LOOKS ON FISHER'S PART but still barely worth a penalty, i would've called it but any other knee on knee is way more intentional. fisher play with agressiveness and integrity and no intention to hurt.
