lol I've been to lifefest both times richard has been there, including the one where you got your footage from! my friend and i waited in line for SO long, and there was so much talk that he was going to leave for a flight before he even got to us! we were so scared but we eventually got up on stage, met with him, had him sign our pictures, and all that jazz. our first year, we learnt a valuable lesson. we lined up EARLY! never fails! lol good luck in the future!!

Sorry, i'll admit that it's never nice to be the first person in the long line to be turned down for photographs, but it does happen at public events where demand to see someone exceeds time limits. He's a nice guy and a real inspiration to millions, but he's still a real guy in the real world, which means schedules and appointments, and that delays put him down in the face of others.
