The funny thing is that he always says "Ladies and..." And the crowd will finish by saying "Gentlemen!!!" Then he'd move to the side and when the song explodes, he'd start "headbanging". He does this at every live show.
Wow this one's actually pretty good. Most live versions of this I've seen were pretty horrible. This musta been about a million times better live then.
