  • so sooooo pretty and such an easy video to follow thankyou

  • these are so pretty thx for the tutorial I can't wait to try it

  • thank you very much for this video. You've made my day!

  • So glad I watched this...I love the idea of cutting slits in the circles so you get a petal effect! And my hands get shaky, too, though I have no clue why lol. At least we can still scrap/craft :)

  • Beautiful!

  • Awww!! thanks for this, these flowers are awesome and easy...TFS...Sheree (Downunder)

  • very beautiful. Well done.

  • Thanks for sharing on how to make these flowers, it's beautiful 

  • Outstanding video:-) Very detailed and simple to do, thank you so much!

  • absolutely gorgeous flowers...TFS.....they are really stunning!

p.s.....did I hear you say you used to be a florist in one of your vids?....you say you have nerve troubles in your hands/wrists, I was a florist for 15 years and it has done terrible things to the nerves in my hands and wrists, with all the repetitive work (especially wired bridal work). But it still doesn't stop me creating...lol

  • I've made the lollipop flowers with the satin but I really like how these with the cut petals look, so I'm going to make some. Love them and your tutorial was great. Easy to follow

  • I made 1 in purple! it was super pretty :D

  • Those are really beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing them. :)

  • Great flowers! What was the tool called that you used to make the center hole? I couldn't quite understand you in the video. Crimper? Crocodile? Help! =)

  • @horsepoor37 It is called the Crop-A-Dile by We R Memory Keepers. You find it in the scrapbooking tools section of your craft stores. :-)

  • What kind of fabric do you use?

  • @coyotememila I use a synthetic satin. Purchased at Joann's. If you ask for bridal satin, that should be the correct type.

  • Great tut! Inspired to try it myself!

  • Thanks so much! These are so cute

  • i love these flowers! great job showing how to burn the edges, but when i tried them, my fabric always got black & "sooty"... any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I love this look, and every time, that happens! Thanks!

  • very cool...thanks for posting

  • Very pretty flowers. Love them.

  • cool, ty. I use tweezers to hold mine when I've singged(sp?) the edges. Because I'm really not allowed to play w/ fire. lol.

  • @lisa1968 oh oops, didn't watch far enough to see you did use tweezers! duh!

  • @lisa1968 LOL, believe me, they are on the way. Ordered some tweezer bees from Amazon and they are taking forever to ship them. Of all the things I have here, no craft tweezers. LOL
