my heart breaks everytime i think about the ending and when i saw how justin disappeared from his touch i felt like someone was squeezing my heart i just wished they continued it and if they don't i will make a better ending myself........but i still love the story line.....
I mean, the thing i hated wasn't that they didn't get married, it was the cliffhanger there was at the end of the series. They could've at least hinted if they were going to get back together again or not. The Brian/Justin story seemed unfinished - in my opinion. I mean, i LOVE the fact that they did it because they wanted each other to be happy, but really? I would've loved the writers to actually finish the story.
Watching this many times, I realized the finale was beautiful. It was passionate! And it was and is what Justin and Brian all about, they love each other unconditionally, with no expectations and no regrets. Just the way they are...great montage! Thanks for sharing! BTW, I still watch this entire series over and over again up to this very time, and will be watching more...

@arrystarlvuv I think Justin just left for New York to become a great artist. We do know that they love each other unconditionally and stuff (see @Aramikah 's comment above, she/he explains it well :p) but he wanted to become succesfull. I think that's what it was. So it's kind of like an open ending, you never know what happened after :)
It always bothered me that Brian asks Jennifer if she's alright, and she has to tell him that Justin's still inside. I blame the writers, though. Brian could obviously see that Jennifer was fine, and, imo, he would have asked about Justin the minute he saw Jennifer.
And yes, Gale should have gotten several Emmy's when he was on QAF. He's so talented, it's unbelievable. The way his voice cracks, and how you can feel how frantic and terrified he is that he'll find Justin dead. It's just amazing.

I could have had the best of friends, but because I was overwhelmed with work and school, and sick kids, and pro-bono work, including church etc.. I guess I missed the opportunity. There is an ache in my heart, that I don't think will ever heal.
QAF's biggest mistake was making Justin leave to NYC and not marrying Brian, or they could have got married and BOTH move to NYC, so Justin could persue his art career, Brian could have advanced his career (let's be honest, he would've made so much more in NYC) and they would be together!
Separating them ruined the end of the show for me...
I agree,but not totally.At first,I was like u,that this ending ruined the show but then I realised that this was the best endind they could give.It's "open" so each viewer can make its own ending for them.I wanted them to be together.So,after that,I can think that Justin came back or Brian moved to NY,as u say,and made his own agency there to be w/ Justin.But there are some - few - viewers that didn't want them to be together.So,this ending satisfies both sides (cont...)
i love how the ending of this clip is michael getting punched. he was always an annoying little fucker... lol. i never warmed up to him until season 5.
great compilation, the last scene where he punches michael I love that one. I was so shocked when I first saw it and heard what michael said . He was at the hospital with Brian when it happened and saw him when he came back didn't he realize what a sore subject that is for him.
