@concretejunk,I think those cops sound super credible.The one who is witnessing the UFO at one point says "its getting really cold out now"which is as close to expressing gear as he let's on. Valuable tape.

iam a firm believer in ET life but those guys seem pretty calm in their voices. if they were really seeing what they are describing they should sound a bit more frantic.......IMHO

That UFO had engine trouble.

Sometimes in gravity dead spots their gravity amplifiers pick up a different wave, strong radio, strong micro etc. forces them to land for safety reasons.

Actually, how far is this from Portland? Sounds an awful lot like normal jet engine noise to me from all the planes that fly to the airport on a normal basis. I thought orbs like these usually do a low hum, more like a base like sub-woofers.
