You are one of my favourite gurus on YT, because you are how I see in my mind, a "proper" woman, you are not one of these young skinny things who look the so called perfect... that's all very well but its not like most women actually are! And definitely not like I am! You're a proper age and a proper size and you have proper real life to deal with. I'm always so glad to see when a video from you pops up in my subscriptions page!
Sorry to hear your depression has hit you badly again, I hope that changing the approach in dealing with it will be beneficial. I've had counselling that incorporated elements of CBT in the past, and was thinking as you were describing your situation that this may be the way to go for you... and then you mentioned it!
Oh and love your eye makeup in this video too. Its refreshing to see, as most "looks" have been dark eyes for so long due to the holiday season!

Don't compare yourself to anyone else! You are a sweet person and you are doing what you like to do when you make videos, so keep doing what you're doing. I'm a bit older than a lot of the women who are making makeup videos, so I can kind of feel the same way you do sometimes (ie "Why bother...I'm not that great/cute"). Life is too short to compare ourselves to others. We all have good qualities and something to share.

but worse than all my dad does well did he was on medication and now isn't..
He and my mum have never really got on well and they are fighting all the time and they have broken up twice and are together now and its complex, anyways him and i never really got on well and in may ish last year him and my mum went through a rough patch and it was hard..she was going to leave him if he did not see somone about his mood as he was always grumpy and hot headed ! so he went to see a doctor ,
he told me about what he had done...now we do not get on at all ! but this was the first time i have ever felt close to him and he cried , now that is not something i have ever seen in my life to him cring is a weekness ! so yeah and he hugged me for the first time in a long time and it ment the world to me !
no he is not on them he has gone back to noramal and is grumpy and he is not really a nice person !
We dont really talk and he doesn'y really like me ...im 15 and i wish he did because even though i say i hate him deep down i love him and its hard to love someone like that......
So yeah him and my mum are together but they dnt really want to be !
they both bitch about each other to me and i have to listen to then moaning about one and other but keep it locked up ! ....

Depression doesn't just affect the person who has it, but also those around them (esp if they live with them) .I can't begin to imagine what you are all going through. You should never loose confidence with yourself. Nobody is perfect, and though some people may look beautiful on the outside, they are ugly on the inside.
You seem so strong to be able to talk about your problems on youtube :)...Keep up the good work.

i kinda understand what your going through ... i have sever anxiety disorder and depression all in one. they give me medication but i dont like takeing it couse i feel like it changes who i am so i like to stray from it ... but i understand how this sort of thing can really effect you .. i have missed months of school nd i never sleep or go out like i use to !

Yes. Alot of the youtubers i watch are skinny, gorgeous beyond belief. but also how many people ACTUALLY look like t hem? i dont look like you. but there is ALOT OF WOMEN that are!! the amazing thing about youtube is the diversity. I have yet to find someone with my skin color that makes videos and they probably think the same thing you did. so stop it! people need you so please dont stop!!

Hey chick, I'm really sorry you've been having health issues lately you don't deserve that, I'm glad you have the support of your husband and know that I am thinking of you during your medication change. Hi hun, thank you so much, this was a brand new look that i came up with and really liked so will be doing a tutorial at some point. I did see ANTM, i did like Teyona, but i loved Alison too.There was someone else i wanted to win, but i cant remember who!
