  • Where can I find these sweet pics?

  • i rarely disagree with cenk and ana but i have to say, its 100% obscene. I haven't seen the pictures myself but having said that they were kissing lollipops that are shaped liked penises is a little over the top. At my high school, they are considering banning lululemon "yoga" pants for girls. Why? For the same reason these girls got in trouble for putting these pictures up. It makes the male teachers EXTREMELY uncomfortable and its just weird! I am a 17 year old male and thats my opinion.

  • @XxMrRockwellxX you must be gay. shut up.

  • @XxMrRockwellxX Sorry, but your opinion sucks lollypops. Schools are institutions of academic learning, not moral courts over your personal life. If there was a need for any punishment here that's up to the parents, not the school.

As for dress codes in public schools that's a different topic. There's a long list on the pro-side for having dress codes in schools, and trust me, ‘because it makes the male teachers feel uncomfortable’ isn't anywhere on that list.

  • If you don't do it at school, it doesn't fall under the purview of the school district. It never has, it never should.

  • Stupid sluts.

  • i need to see these pics and examine if it indeed obscene or not.

Oh wait.. that's pedophilia. I take it back.

  • "What's Myspace?" Wow... I mean, I know it's old news and everything... but it was popular BEFORE Facebook. Founded in 2003, and was the most popular social networking site in June 2006, and ALL through 2007. (that's only 4 years ago, so unless you're under the age of 4, you should have heard about it) Ultimately Facebook over took Myspace, and Myspace kinda sucks now... but the point is, how can you have not at least HEARD of it?

  • @PrisonerOfReidsMind lol i'm sure its was a joke... heard of jokes?

  • @crown0017 Obviously. But the internet is notorious for not being able to tell HOW someone is speaking. And since all that was said was "What's Myspace?" one could assume they were serious, since there was no 'lol' or ';)' following the statement, to imply that it was a joke.

  • The fact that they use Myspace makes perfect sense if they were actually not expecting anyone to find them. Great story.

  • Well, the parents are obviously not concerned their infant daughters are acting like slutty little tarts. Maybe a bit of public shame will set them straight.

Oh, wait, discipline is a violation of rights these days. I forgot.

Where do you suppose these girls got the money to buy the lingerie? Oh, right, from the same parents who think it's okay for a child to pose publicly in sexually suggestive poses.

  • Cenk is such a wanker

  • wow that sounds aweosme

  • @Leadman1989 Exactly bro, exactly.

  • @Leadman1989 I only mentioned objectification, where did you get rape from?

I mean i agree with you they are making it worse, women rights campaigners not only have males to educate and bring into the 21st century but females as well.

Its that fine line between empowerment and objectification, i dont see what they did as empowering rather jst attention seeking through the lowest means.

I didnt mention rape tho? have you got some sort of extreme slippery slope mentality?

  • @shandcunt

Well, I'm not for women's rights... or for men's rights because people who think like that (us vs them) aren't for equality but for superiority of their own gender, race, country. I'm for human equality in general where everyone has access to the same resources, rights, and protections under the law.

As for the rape comment it WAS an exaggeration on what you said about them preemptively objectifying themselves just because some guy WILL do it in the future/ is doing it now.

  • Pics or it didn't happen.

  • I disagree with Cenk. Last school year some girl with E cups posted naked pictures of herself. I spent the whole semester disturb and spent nearly all my time during school in the bathroom stall.

  • 15 AND 16? thats 31. LEGAL!

  • Ron Paul will never send Americans to fight & die for Israel & Jew

  • SCHOOL GUILTY ,every boy likes that :")

  • What's MySpace?

  • wtf retardedd

  • First amendment violation. Pure and simple. It's like these companies these days that try to stop their employees smoking and drinking alcohol even on their days off .... completely none of their fucking business! Also, Cenk, next time you've got pics of teen girls in their undies, include them in the video for fuck's sake! ;)

  • So were the girls hot ;P

  • I'm glad the ACLU still does some good. They don't always get the best end results, but you can tell they are genuinely caring people trying to help out the little guy.

  • What's a Myspace?

  • The same needs to go for places of business snooping on perspective employees. Ones personal life does not necessarily affect ones professional life!

  • Myspace?

    Whats Myspace?

  • I want to see the pics!!

  • People still use MySpace? So sad.

  • Seems to me that the "school wigs" are pedophiles. I LOVE how school thinks they can police the students in and out of the school.

  • Come on TYT, move on. 2 whores got punished & they, in turn, are suing yawnn.

  • It wasn't those girls, myspace has nothing but fakers on it. Duh.

  • I only got a boner listening to it

  • This is what privacy settings are for.

  • What's a Myspace? People still use that?

  • @Jarethenator Isn't it "THE Myspace"? Wait, no, something about a face. "MyFACE"?

  • @aaronpolitical I think it's called SpaceBook

  • @aaronpolitical I think it is like "MyBookFace" or something like that.

  • @Jarethenator InYourFace? BookInYourFace?

  • @aaronpolitical I think it is the second one.

  • @Jarethenator Man, that's a shitty site name. No idea why they picked it. Ah well, no wonder BookInYourFace is no longer relevant!

  • WHat happens on Internet, stays on internet.

  • this show is getting too predictable

  • Myspace is still running?

  • People still use Myspace?

  • @RoGDeantoir , you're probably the type who enjoys sexualizing children. It's just so progressive.

  • @ChristianMission: what's progressive is having a mature understanding of the issue, not throwing around terms like "enjoys sexualising children" when discussing 15 and 16 year olds. For there to be mature, measured and healthy attitudes, education, discipline and conversation in society, schools, and among parents and their offspring there needs to be an acknowledgement of the reality of adolescence and the stupidity that will occur in it, without framing it as "children", which doesn't help.

  • This is somewhat what happened to me. The school stalking my facebook, not the pictures. lol

  • They should of just notified their parents, and moved on.

  • Comment removed

  • Since when is it a crime to be a dumb slut?

If they want to objectify themselves at this age, well they are just preventing men from objectifying them later on.

  • @shandcunt

I can't tell if this comment is being sarcastic or not but, they're underage, and should they pre-rape themselves too? Because there's a chance that some monster could do that to them. And NO they aren't preventing anything they're actually making it worse.

  • Myspace is sooo 5 years ago lmfao! They should be punished just for that the stupid little bitches lol!

  • Oh hell Cenk haha.

  • @XPsychoBurgundyX That's not the point. Why should they get punished for photos they took off school grounds? That's a boundary a school has no right stepping, my friend.

  • @XPsychoBurgundyX

its called free speech dumbass. look it up. and yeah, posting pictures of yourself (or anything else) falls under the freedom of speech umbrella.

  • what slut damn why would you do that to get attention i like hard to get girls wtf

  • So, how much they sue for?!

  • what the fuck is myspace

  • Yo! If Cenks daughter was up to something vaguely adult on some form of social media, and he didn't know, but his daughters school DID - when he found out, wouldn;t he be pissed that no-one was watching or told him..? ie, 'spying' is OK when it suits the individual parent - no ?

  • @phillipbailey70 I would think if I found out my underage daughter had taken sexy photos, the last thing I would want would be for male school administrators to circulate the photos amongst themselves and make more of a spectacle of it.

  • @MissTemperence [Thx for your answer] Sure, OK, I take your point:- if YOU had found this stuff you would not want anyone else to see it. What I'm trying to say is that if they [school authorities] found this sort of thing they HAD to inform the parents, didnt they..? Or am I missing something?

  • @phillipbailey70 I think the main criticism is that it should have been handled more discreetly. There probably wasn't much of a need to involve multiple staff members, and a punishment handed down from the school probably wasn't in order. They probably just should have informed the parents and let them decide how to proceed.

  • @MissTemperence AGREED!

  • Where are the jail-bait pics goddammit!

  • These girls are stupid for taking pictures like that, but the school has no right to punish them. If a teacher sees pictures like that of these girls she/he should call their parents and tell them what their daughters are doing so parents can punish them or talk some sense into them.

  • @Ladylyla I agreed with you until you said call their parents...umm the teacher should not be creeping on their myspace page in the first place. Just my 2 cents

  • @amkd215 I don't think that teachers should creep at their myspace or whatever pages, but if they accidentaly saw pictures like that of their students it would be weird if they left it just like that.. i think parents have the right to know. If those girls were 18 then it would be none of their bussiness but 15?? that just isn't right :S

  • @Ladylyla Right, "accidentally"... I don't know, still think they should stay out of it, agree to disagree.

  • I CAME FOR THE FUCKING PICTURES *FOAM*

  • the schools cross the lines way too much, this was far past it, it's the same as managers firing or demoting their staff just because of what they do at home, or post online.

  • myspace is suppose to be for 18+, half the girls are jailbait

  • wait let me get this fucking straight... these two girls... at age 15 and 16... in 2011... were on fucking myspace!?!? i thought that shit died allready s:

  • I wonder if they asked the girls to say, I've been a bad girl and I need to be punished. Damn pervy wankers looking at high school girls' photos.

  • At my school they make you sign a contract to not post things like that online. We can actually get in trouble for it. Fuck my life. Congrats to the two girls though haha

  • This is big government in action.

  • the "you've been naughty girls! You've been very very very bad girls!" needs to go on the soundboard.

  • So... who else expected to see the pictures?

  • @Robotguy27 I don't think I can make up my mind about the case without seeing the pictures for myself.

  • campus? its a HS not college, wow Ana is so dumb

  • @ChuckNoarus Campus refers to the grounds of a school. It absolutely applies to high schools so she is using the word properly.

  • @devourerofbabies cam·pus/ˈkampəs/Noun

    1. The grounds and buildings of a university or college

  • @ChuckNoarus Wow, it looks like you found THE dictionary. Not the dictionary that I have that includes school as well as college or university. My dictionary clearly doesn't count, you obviously have THE definitive version.

  • Why is the school even looking at the student's MySpace? It's so absurd, these school administrators have to have college degrees shouldn't they have some small idea of what the First Amendment says, or that their authority ends at the property line? Also isn't it cyber stalking to follow the students on the net?

  • They still use MySpace out in Indiana, LOL

  • @dookdawg214 you realize this case is a few years old, right?

  • @dookdawg214 Well ofcourse people used Myspace back then. Those girls on are campuses, which means this is probably at least 4 years afterwards.

  • TYT denounced Vogue's sexual cover of the 10 year old girl precisely because it sexualized a child. Here TYT sees nothing wrong with 2 underage girls in lingerie sucking on penis-shaped lollipops. This is pornographic, this is obscene. They are underage girls prostituting themselves ob myspace. The parents have to be questioned, as does anyone that finds this behavior acceptable, & so do these girls' mentality. Just proves how normalized these hypersexual message have become

  • @ChristianMission i completely agree with you that most teenage girls dress like "women of the night".

But, I guarantee you their principal whacked it to those pictures, and then punished them.

why are these older guys going through the younger girls' pictures anyways?

its private property and unless they're fucking in the bathroom on school grounds, it should have never been brought up at school.

  • Comment removed

  • @ChristianMission they're not saying what the girls did is right.. point is that the school administrators are a bunch a pervs, why are they even looking up the girls personal pages if it has nothing to do with the high school?

  • @ChristianMission of course your name is christian mission ....they were clothed >:@ and trying to enjoy lollipops

  • @ChristianMission They never said they saw nothing wrong with the girls taking the photos. What they said was that the administrators handled it wrong. If my underage daughter had taken sexy photos, the last thing I would want is a group of male school staff members circulating it amongst themselves and making even more of a spectacle of it. Discretely informing the parents would have been a much better solution, clearly.

  • Why should what they post on Myspace even affect their life at school? It fucking retarded!

  • can i... can i see the pictures?

  • Probably wasn't my high school... but I had classmates who did that and they didn't get in trouble (and the pictures were passed around during school)

  • can i... can i see the pictures?

    im 15, not a pedo

  • @mrajaxx12 Oops I think you mean 51. You got the 1 and the 5 switched there you pedophile!

  • @Shonenut213 I'm pretty sure i got it right jackass.

  • @mrajaxx12 It was a joke dumbass.

  • @mrajaxx12

Well a pedo is someone attracted to someone underage. So technically everybody who's ever had a school crush is a pedo . . . but meh

  • Go to myspace.

  • wtf are the parents?

Sad... The schools being more parents than the parents themselves...

  • i miss my myspace =(

  • AIPAC sends US Congress on vacation to Israel. Shouldn't they be worried about terrorism?

  • last spring there was a story where I lived where a girl in 6th grade got suspended for saying she wished her math teacher was dead on her private facebook page, the administration made a friend of hers log on to her facebook and show them to get the girl in trouble. Last I knew her mother was fighting the school with a lawsuit

  • soooo where are those photos?

  • @iHacksorzz Haha... that's the first thing I thought...

  • The real question is who still uses Myspace? Everyone, at least all the teenagers, use facebook. What sort of backwards high school is this?

  • damn pedos .......

  • @datKidwilliaM

The hell are you blaming paedophiles for anyway?

  • Am I the only one who thinks underaged girls sucking on penis lollipops is just a Pedos dream come true? Why were these men not investigated for possible pedo histories?

  • @ZTLVision It's got nothing to do with pedos. Pedos are turned on by prepubescent children. 15 year olds are way too old for a pedo.

  • @ZTLVision Paranoid much?

  • @ZTLVision as a canadian i can legally bang any 16 year old, and i am not considered a pedo or anyone else is, so it depends on the laws i guess, doing a 17 year old is a pedophile in the US but not in Canada, that is legal as hell. I am also 21 so come on, aint that bad...

  • No-one uses MySpace. Worst site ever.

  • @GAMBlT If MySpace wasnt so buggy, then it would be WORLDS better than facebook.

  • people still use myspace?

  • @salv2013 A lot of high schoolers still do.

  • Of course the school got sued. The girls are being raised like whores and the school administration is against it. They care about their students and seeing two girls slutting around like their mothers may have brings a bad influence to the whole community. Let them be whores when they are pregnant at 18 and living in a trailer home with some jack ass 20 year old that doesn't even help with the kids then they will be perfect examples of what not to do.

  • @killerpills Your vitriol would make sense if these girls had come to the school, dressed as such, and doing provocative behavior on school grounds..and no, I don't agree with what they did, but as everyone has stated, they did this in their own home(s), and on their own time. There are no school laws that reach and govern what a student does in their own home--and that's what the suit is about. I'm still "creeped" that school officials 'spy' on their student's social pages...

  • @killerpills It isn't their place to punish them though.

  • Not that I condone such behavior, these girls broke NO laws!

What they did was on their OWN TIME!

And you know at least one of the teachers "borrowed" the photos for further "research"!

  • The problem for the school was they didn't understand where the pics came from at the beginning. The administrators kept seeing the pictures (on paper) being passed around by other students, which obviously started to cause a distraction. Teachers complained, and the school felt it had to do something about it. Unfortunately, they stupidly went after the two girls who had nothing to do with the passing around of the pictures.

  • Oh man, Cenk, YOU ARE making me uncomfortable..why the heck were these school officials poking around their MySpace pages anyway? That's the frightening part. Though, the lingerie, penis-lollipops pics weren't exactly the best move either young woman could make, but still.....

  • naughty girls need a good SPANKING!!! jk, but really, even if they were 18 and did pornoggraphy, its none of the school's business...

  • @silverbladz0 you made me laugh

  • wow, the people who did this are idiots. They did this for no other reason than to shame and humiliate them. Why? it had nothing to do with the school.

  • Teenagers are stupid. Keep your underwear up and have some class and self respect, honestly.

  • Myspace? really girls? myspace?

  • Stupid school is

    Stupid girls are

  • MYSPACE? LOOOOL

  • Who uses myspace any more?

  • WHy are all the oervs in Indiana? First the gay congressman, then mike pence now this.

  • I bet they were ugly.

  • @Zuriki09 not as ugly as you mother....

  • @elsol98 wrong person? I'm not your mother, and you shouldn't call your mother ugly. It's rude.

  • @Zuriki09 hahaha.... now I get it, your retarded hahaha....

  • @elsol98 nope. You are, my reply makes absolute sense to your erroneous comment.

  • People confuse what they think might be obscene, with the legal definition. Legally its pretty extreme, and like Cenk says, porn doesn't even get that far. Stuff like videos of pardon my language, but like shitting in peoples mouths are sorta the soft end of obscene. But yeah lets see these pics, or do i have to go google to find them....little help

  • My reaction: lol myspace

  • @Steve128967 I'm as surprised as you are.

  • I think both sides were fucking retarded. The girls shouldn't have posted those pics if they didn't want anyone to see them, and the school had no legal or moral right to punish them.

  • i would have to say that there must have been some sought of agravating cicumstance. no school would punish these girls in that way let alone at all. in my school the only video that got you in trouble was two 13 year olds having sex in a school toilet. now that should have been punished.

  • I loved when Ana said "You're making me uncomfortable". xD

  • I think that school administrators often punish young people for venting their teenage frustrations and expressing themselves because said administrators are jealous as sin that they can't wear questionable messages on shirts or act out sexually and get away with it like the students do. Just because you're stuck in a lousy relationship, don't get laid, settle for less, or whatever doesn't mean you have the right to take your frustration out on the students.

  • Why isn't pornography considered obscene?

  • @TheChrissy473 Being sexually explicit.doesn't equal being obscene. Obscenity requires that the work not possess any serious literary, artistic, etc. value; look up the "Miller test for obscenity" to understand this more thoroughly. And personally I think that obscenity is a bogus concept because all speech has some kind of value. Yes, even 2girls1cup and 1man1jar have value. If you disagree, consider the reaction videos posted all over YouTube. ;)

  • @TheChrissy473

It is considered obscene, but i can see why it wouldn't be by many people. Think about it, porn has become so common place that even commercials that would be considered too sexual for TV in the past, are often allowed to air now a days. Just look at beer or shampoo commercials now a days.

  • @helix4811 Even with that knowledge I still think it's obscene. From all I've heard, porn has become pretty sick. And not in a good way.

  • @TheChrissy473

It is, but it has become common place enough to desensitize our society.

  • @helix4811 But it shouldn't be that way.

  • A school punishing their students for still using MySpace only seems like the best judgment.

  • people are still on myspace?

  • What the high school did was dumb and wrong, but lets not overlook two 15 year old girls dressed in lingerie sucking penis shaped lollipops.

  • No Jew can own Dr Ron Paul

  • Did the girls been sluty? Yes. Is it illegal? No. Is it school related? Unless they are doing that on school property, no. Do they deserve some talk? Maybe... Like "we are worry about these picture, we saw some guys looking at them... Well, do what the fuck you want, just be careful". Do they need parenting? Yes

  • I wouldn't say the girls did "nothing" wrong but parents should do something not the school, where do they have the time for this?
