Yes there are a few instructions online, I actually didn't like the first one I made and this was the second one I made and I used 3 different instructions and mixed and matched the way I made it to suit me.

Not to sound weird, but your tummy looks like you never even were pregnant... what is your secret?? I'm sure a lot is luck with good genetics, but you seem as though you work out... am I right? What do you do? I've been having luck losing baby weight, but the baby bump is sticking around : (
Oh no worries at all, I just hope it helps. When I was pregnant I never could imagine my body going back to 'normal', I tell you, it is not back to normal but where I am now is my new normal. I still have excess skin on my tummy that hangs over my pants but thats motherhood i think. It is good genes but I do also workout, I am an aerobics instructor and teach 1-3 classes a week, that and walking (with baby being carried)
I was just wondering where you got the maron carrier from? I have one similar but it hurts alot when baby is in it. It's one of those under the crotch ones.

Um i cant remember what one she is wearing in the video, most of them I buy from Babybeehinds and IttiBitti, they are great!! I also make my own too.

they can be bought online from the ergo store, as well as from many other online stores, as well as secondhand on ebay :)
