  • Looks good

  • I saw a pic of you meditating in black clothes on a rock with pine trees behind you and I can just see the light emanating from you, very rediant. Your gorgeous love your work.

  • You're pretty

  • i wish i had the will to eat healthy like this, i eat typical modern american food-chemical filled, dead, dull, inactive, cooked and irradiated- and i'm telling you i FEEL dead, dull and inactive. eating this way really seems like the best thing, but there's a lot holding me back, and not a strong enough will. i am trying to eat and live better though, i hope one day i can reach this level.

  • Mann that FelipeSparx29 is a lucky man. I can't get over how beautiful you are

  • *disclaimer* : to be a healthy raw foodist you need to be a yuppy with disposable income and live in a highly populated southern climate town with multiple natural food stores. if you have a low class income and live in a northern climate you can go f*ck yourself you poor loser scum.

  • You rock!! I've started my raw food journey a week ago and need community! Taken a liking to a few other people here on YT, and now YOU! I love the results I'm seeing so far! :-)

  • wow:) mmm looks yumm. do u ever eat gourmet raw food?

  • @theusedjosh Yup. :) I make it & also eat it at gourmet raw vegan restos, but I'm happy keeping it pretty simple most of the time. :)

  • @LeijaTurunen im just learing about the gourmet side of raw foods now, i went to a raw resturant for the first time last week:) gourmet raw foods are sooo delicious, although i think its better to keep it simple most of the time:D

  • As you speak about it, i want to eat up that plate! :) But I would eat it up anyway, because im a vegan raw foodist. :)

  • It all sounds sooo good But i cant eat fruits or honey or anything sweet expect raw stevia :( How do i make anything green taste good or anything else without fruits!?

  • @UMEAREALLGODS Hmm well one suggestion would be to make a cacao green smoothie with avocado (to make it creamy). You could blend up something like half an avocado, couple smalls scoops of raw cacao, stevia to sweeten, iced cubes, water or coconut water, tsp hemp seed, few handfuls of baby spinach or kale, and any other superfood you want to add in like marine phytoplankton or spirulina.

  • @LeijaTurunen Thanks that was helpful :)

  • oh yes, and I also added some almonds =]

  • Leija, I put both the green smoothie recipes together, and made one alkalizing green smoothie, I just added baby spinach, half a lemon, some mango, apple juice, and some extra virgin olive oil, its like a desert almost, it smells fantastic, and taste YUMM! All of the above are organic except the olive oil & lemon! And I made a wrap made from the recipe you have up thir foryor salad, just modified a tad =P Thanks for sharng your videos! xox Namaste , Sara

  • @prinsesssara Awesome! Sounds amazing! :)

  • arent lemons acidic??

  • @x2metallica8x Yes, but in your body, they're actually alkaline forming. :)

  • Wahey, I'll give you a date:)

  • Hi :) great video! Can you talk about how you get you keep your teeth so nice and white all the time?

  • haha i love how much life is in your face i love it :)

  • I feel healthier just watching and listening to Leija...toss in the green info..and boom..feeling the download!!! Cool to see you makin all these vids...sistah

  • I love your energy in everything haha :)!!

  • I think you would have the spark of life no matter what you ate because of your innate energy and brighness.

Why do I get tired when I eat raw?

For example, the last three days I felt tired all day while being 100% raw, then I had some salmon and rice today and suddenly felt great...

  • OMG! I am IN LOVE with peaches right now! I just bought some today. Oddly enough, I hadn't had a fresh peach since I was a kid. That's over 15-20 years ago!! My brother bought some the other day and they were delicious, so I had to get some more. :-) Yum!

  • you definitely have that sparkle Leija :)

I'm off to make a raw smoothie right now!

  • Does the juice taste like V8?

  • What are the Tracks in the Background?

  • Thankyou Lejia :) I'am going to try these!

  • Thank you so much for the recipe :D Looks amazing!

  • Miso soup from Japan. ( Miso is very healthy, prevents deseases, even from radiation, be creative with it )

Do you sometimes use " wakame " ( Japanese seaweed ) in your salads, Leija?

The oceans have a lot to offer..........

  • Drink a spoon of Aloe Vera juice in the morning on an empty stomack every day. It's the best, Leija and Sparxx!!!!!

ALOE VERA ALOE VERA ALOE VERA

  • I realy desire to instal water purify equipment soon because I have had a taste of it which was unforgettable!! It's expensive but I don't care. I am all into pure water these days, what about you guys?

Maybe you are going to do a video about the quality of the water we drink every day.

    ~Peace

  • Looks great, sadly my parents absolutely hate the idea of the raw food diet (they think I'll turn out laying on a hospital bed with a life support machine attached to me). Well It makes sense really, I am only 14 close to 15.. No worries though. :)

  • @unfinishedestiny humans are actually designed to "graze".

we do not actually have to eat that and certainly not at the very structured breakfast, lunch and dinner time's.

it is actually healthier to graze through out the day, every time we feel hungry.

but it must be 100% organic food, full of the important stuff.

organic food= little at a time, less money to spend rather then scoffing down huge expensive processed meals that our body's dont like.

  • @BlueJaeya Starting to understand. I'm going to do some (More) extensive research on the raw food diet :) Thanks for the information.

    -Daniel

  • @unfinishedestiny omg that sounds exactly like my parents. i'm 16 and they're saying the same thing. they got so pissed when i became vegetarian. they're like "you have to eat whatever we make you". but i dont haha. ugh. man. haha.

  • @gabigobstopper There, you go. I'm semi-vegetarian (pescetarian) so I still eat sea food and the odd bit of chicken. So when I'm at an older age I can slowly move on the the raw vegan diet :)

  • Thanks for sharing your delicious recipy, Leia. Very motivating. I will try it. You might want to use Omega-3 oil too ( mix of linseed and oil from fish, which is good for your bloodvessels and heart. )

I use walnuts ( very healthy for your mind ) and sweet sparkly raisins in all colours in my salads and greensmoothies. BTW, I have been eating canned peaches everyday for years but my mom convinced me to buy fresh! peeches in stead because the canned ones are "canned " if you know what I mean.

  • Thx Leija .... I printed off your write up and am going to take it to the farmers market and buy some supplies for smoothies and salads. That is so cool your using "Organic Hemp Seed Oil" I didn't even know what it was until you posted, "Run from the Cure". Now I drink it, put it all over my body, oil pulling, smoothies, salad dressing etc,,, I love Coconut, and just made my first cocoa, coconut, hemp powder, frozen banana smoothie the other day....I almost fainted from heavenly happiness :)

  • Sounds all good!! Green smoothies are the best! :]
