at least yours left you a fuckin notice, our building didn't care much and we have been dealing with them since june, because ppl in our building weren't informed that other's had them and so they never looked or preped their suite

We have an understanding with our critters. We leave food out for them and let them sleep in the bed while we are out and they in turn leave us alone and only attack tourists. They don't mess round either. One bite .. one missing finger.
