there are many films that were not listed such as the fact the movie birdcage was adapted from the french movie lacage aux faux. & in the 60's & 70" into the early 80's john waters produced many movies with divine !! torch song trilogy ,! these are all films that created our genre !!! & i have to say some of the terminalogy was wrong get your facts straight !!!!!! i think this should turn into a series about the movies not just a snipet !!

Actually lissheim, not every drag performer is gay. That is a wide spread misconception. Yes, most are homos but not all.

@3DOTSS As far as I know there are drag queens/kings (gay) and transvestites/cross-dressers (straight), and they generally don't like to be mixed up... I guess anyone could be a drag "performer" though.
