@Freerunx3 What makes you spin is throwing your kicking arm, for me it's my right arm, across your body, then tucking said arm into your body to create a good quick rotation. (:

@boyacastarcrew If you are landing on your knee you probably are not jumping high enough... next time you practice try jumping alot harder off of your non-swinging leg. let me know if that helps

@RossSicily1 definitley because a corck is an inverted backflip which is harder to get the rotation right. you could pull off one of these and it would look shit unless you can backflip well

@arthurbigFS in tricking its a single jstep corkscrew, a cork 7 would be a double cork. Good form for sure on it and excellent explanation but yeah its from the sport tricking (XMA) as a single corkscrew. :P keep it up!

its a cork 5 cause he landed the opposite direction.If it was a cork 7 he would have done 2 full rotations (720 degrees) but he landed the opposite direction he did 1.5 rotations bu!t it was still damn awsome i cant do it :(

@gilbjimenez yes most likely, but on the trampoline you have to delay kick because you have to get the height, its a good idea to get the twist down, but after you get comfortable with that you need to move to the ground because it will be much much much faster.
