Manser is never open like it is in this video. There is a 'rotation' of food that they don't let the public know when people are visiting. Hardly anything is ever open and what is open there is little food.
I love it when I see the lady that makes sandwiches hiding behind the pizza oven eating a sandwich with gloves on. Then goes back to making sandwiches for students with the same gloves that was just eating out of.
