  • I'm a moderately competent decoupage-er; but this project failed me completely. Tried it twice with mod podge and the gluing process left the napkin wrinkley and ugly. My advice - run.

  • is there a reason for no glue underneath? otherwise wouldnt it just be able to come off at some point? also it would make it stick better?
