  • sounds cack like most high end hifi does..

  • WOW!!!!! After about 20 seconds I quit focusing on the gear and the song just sucked me in. THATS what a good hi fi is supposed to do!!

  • I am so envious, a truly great system to make music as enjoyable as possible. Well done your pursuit of musical contentment has been achieved. Thank you for this, respect.

  • thank you for the comments, one tonearm has a less expensive cartridge on it that I use to listen to records that are not in great condition.

  • Yes You Are Right, The Great Pleasures In Life It Certainly Must Be A Pleasure Owning One Of These Awesome Systems, Just One Thing....Why Is There 2 Tone Arms On The Turntable?

  • thats a honey of a system. would love to hear it with Zingali speakers

  • If there were such a thing as stereo porn this system would be hard core. :)

    Beautiful stuff Marco.

  • Beautiful BTW, I have a GYRO SE as well. Along with a Dynaco st-70 amp. Someday I will make a video of mine too !! Great set up yo'

  • @zenarrrow

    looking forward to your video...

  • There is a record o the ground...

  • @zenarrrow

the record on the floor is actually my player's dust cover. One of the arms is too tall for the stock cover to fit

  • the song is "White Winter Hymnal" by Fleet Foxes

  • What song/album is this?

  • This is a brilliant video, Wonderful set-up! Thanks for posting, could you post some more please?

    Enjoy the Music :)

  • the speakers were a pleasant surprise. Very easy to drive and very detailed, for the price. When I first got them, I was only expecting to keep them until I could afford a pair of Sonus Faber Cremona but now I think I will be keeping these for a while.

  • thanks for the comment Sweetasmink.

The only component connected to the Monster is the laptop sitting on top of it. All the other components are either connected directly to the wall (Pre-amp and amp) or to a power bar not shown in the video.

  • @veteq101 Ahhh very good then....how you liking the speakers thus far?

  • I admire your system. You asked "What to get next"?if you would like some feedback..do yourelf a BIG favour......get rid of that Monster Surge Protector. My god that cheap made in china will do nothing positive to the sound of Mcintosh at all.Actually(and you may already know this) Mcintosh makes a Surge/Protector/filter the MPC 1500($4500)expensive?Yes,but so much better then ANYTHING Monster makes. If $4500 is to much there are other Surge/Filters for half the price.Again beautiful system U have.

  • @Sweetasmink I reckon 5K sounds about right for a decent filter... awesome setup i agree, maybe oneday we can all get a Mcintosh

  • Awesome setup there!! Hope to get started on the Mcintosh system soon.

  • thank you Aleks, will do. The table is working out great.

  • Very nice Marco, I love how you modified the turntable. About once a year, reach under the turntable, and use a quarter to tighten the spindle screw.
