This guys an idiot. The tea party aren't racist! For example: In some tea party polls Herman cain won by huge margins. World Bank, World Trade, World Order!!...World Domination!! But there BIG plan is going to fall flat on it’s face!! Because now we know!! Beware, they won't give in without a fight!!PEACE!
Why isn`t there an Occupy Moscow? I`m becoming sceptical of Russia Today. I find myself not believing CNN or RT but listen to both and try to find the truth in between, but once again, why isn`t there an Occupy Moscow?
@Proteus6684 Russia is riddled with detrimental holes of its own problems(16.1% in poverty, widespread famine, ect). So that is a very intriguing question. My assessment theory is that they are just barely starting to dabble in the sciences of capitalism. With an ample junk of the youth being trained in career jobs, instead of being constrained into a vocational work force of the dead end service industry.
OWS sees big business as the problem, the Tea Party sees big government as the problem. In reality, they're both partially correct. It's hard to clearly define where government serving the public well being ends and individual liberty ends, however, we have a situation in America where Government and Business have become one, or rather one is controlling the other. The Tea Party people would argue that complete deregulation and elimination of government in economic affairs is the solution. If
@wcropp1 you completely eliminated corporations as a legal entity this would certainly break up large businesses, however, I don't think an economy based on small business would be without abuses of various kinds (labor, environmental). At the same time, however, they do raise a legitimate point that you cannot put undying faith in government when it is subject to manipulation, and not accountable to the people in all instances. I personally think we agree on more than we disagree on (at least
@wcropp1 the intelligent Tea Party people)--that is government accountability, elimination of collusion, spending money to bail out bankers, etc. The problem is, the Tea Party sees government as always being the greater of two evils (as compared to private industry), which in many instances isn't always the case--there's something to be said for government's democratic accountability), just as there is something to be said for competition. However, you have to use government in such a way that
@wcropp1 it doesn't completely trample individual liberty--it gets into complicated territory when you start talking things like environmental protection, etc. One thing I disagree with Hedges on is his "gun culture" comment--gun ownership and self-defense in an individual right. A gun in an inanimate object, and murder is already illegal...you can't blame guns for stupid peoples' actions, just as you don't blame cars for bad drivers. However, your right to own a business and a gun is no
@wcropp1 less important than a person's right to work in a publicly owned democratic workplace (which I think we should have) and fair is fair when it comes to taxes--all forms of income should be taxed the same...regressive taxation should not exist in a modern society. The market will not solve all our problems, though it does have good characteristics which should be maintained. Government is sometimes the better option, though it has to be utilized with an eye towards preserving individual
@wcropp1 freedom and operating on a voluntary basis. The conservative critique of the Left is that taxation is coercive and therefore an illegitimate way to fund social programs. Therefore, make the taxes voluntary based on usage of public resources (including socially owned businesses) and we will no longer be dependent on their immoral monopoly over the means of production. We need more collectivism but it needs to be voluntary. That way we can both have our way and see which works best.
Am I really supposed to know who this parasite Chris Hedges is? Most of what he says is inflammatory and completely emotiomal in the first 45 seconds. These things about the Tea Party are absurd and can't be proven. When he goes on to say that theTea Party is funded by billionaires--Well, he is dead wrong. Obama , the great messiah organizer is controlled by the Billionaire hedge fund trader Soros. Soros is the Puppet master. Soros also has his hands in OWS. Very laughable.
@PlanetUbla Funny, although I am not a Tea Party person myself, I do remember Herman Cain being involved with the Tea Party. But Herman Cain is black. I guess that would contradict this guys' stance on racism and the Tea Party. Laughable that everything he is purports is emotional and unsubstantiated, yet people swallow it down like liquid cocaine. If you study Nazi Germany, you would see how Hitler had his beginnings and rise to power. Very similar.
@Txman1996 What the hell has his got to do with Nazi Germany?
Identifying Wall Street, Goverment and the Bankers as the root cause of everyone' misery has nothing to do with racism. It's just highlighting uncontrolled greed gone extreme...
Follow the money trail, and you'll find the devil wearing a suit.
@PlanetUbla Everything. Very similar in a lot of ways. You obviouslt don't study history. Go look it up. This chinless wonder has done nothing for this country. We have more and more groups of people like this guy coming together to bring down the system. Soon the "producers" will not want to produce. Only urchins like these people will be around to gobble up the free market. Check out Atlas Shrugged. The thing that I find hilarious is the fact that OWS is completly orchestrated (Soros)
@Txman1996 I hate trade unions, as they are corrupt, I hate goverment as they are corrupt, I hate the big banks and wall street people as their greed is the root cause of corruption in goverment. And, I hate the goverment on the left and right, for being slavish puppets for their corporate masters.
The protest is about the middle classes disappearing at an ALARMING rate... this is not about socialism or capitalism... this is about balancing the equation...
This guy is a hyper-partisan idiot. The sad thing is I agree with a lot of the stuff he talks about (bailouts, the marriage of gov't and corporation, etc). But since he insists on demonizing a movement that has similarites, a group of people that actually made it as far as getting people elected, he will only make our political landscape less functional. I'm mean imagine if a Tea Partier came out and said all Occupiers are lazy hippies back by George Soros. They'd sound like this guy.
I'm a member of the GUN CULTURE, & yet don't subscribe to racist, violent rhetoric. Not all of us who support the Second Amendment as much as the First Amendment are a bunch of homophobic, racist, woman-beating stereotypes. It is sad to see that you can't responsibly own firearms w/out being stereotyped by people. I agree with what Mr. Hedges says here, but to tie gun culture into violence and racism as an absolute is as ignorant as those who think the Tea Party is a grass roots organization.
The original Tea Party (before it was co-opted by corporations) shared many of the same ideals as OWS. I think it's important to note this. Divisive language is detrimental to OWS and Chris Hedges is propagating this. What the Tea Party have become is no more corrupt than Clinton passing NAFTA and Obama appointing Geithner. We need to stop blaming. The only difference between OWS and the Tea Party is Keynesian economics vs Austrian economics (respectively).
It's a real pleasure listening to Chris speak. He presents sophisticated realities about American political and corporate culture in a way which is singularly direct. This is a reflection of the depth of his intellectual efforts and crystal thinking.
Thank you for posting this, Great clip! and for those that disagree, I respect your right to do so, and I admire the fact that you are able to type, since you clearly are deaf and blind.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
This guy has it all wrong on the Tea Party. Corporations want BIGGER government that can enact regulations that serve their interests and squeeze out competition. Believe it or not there are some corporations out there who just want to compete in the market place without government regulations.
One has to invoke conspiracy theories and veiled language to have the Tea Party come across as Fascist. One needs just listen to the Occupy protestors to realize THEY are the dangerous violent radicals.
@igystrvigy if giant corporations such as the private health care industry wanted more government they wouldn't oppose a public option. Corporations' jobs are to simply maximize their profits with no concern with their externalities (the negative effects beyond the act of buying and selling). Regulations are to protect the consumer, worker and environment from negative externalities and abuses. There is a place for profit but not at the expense of all else, i.e., 'people first, not profits'.
@munderlarkst Corporations are made up of people. People own shares in a company. People sit on boards. People make decisions that affect the world around, for better or for worse. If you think that a government is somehow better than a corporation you are just STUPID. Sure we can vote people out of office, but you can boycott a business if you don't like it and because it affects the bottom line you bet they will change or go under.
@igystrvigy Do you think corporate capitalist whore snakes like the Koch brothers want "Bigger Government" or "More Regulations"? Fuck no they don't. That would imply that the E.P.A. making sure Koch industries won't dump their toxic sludge in the water ways down in Louisiana. Proper disposal costs more, which means less money for greedy cunts like those two. The only thing that is going to give them an incentive to stop doing that shit is more government regulations, not less.
@igystrvigy What are you, an idiot? You contradicted yourself by saying that all corporations want bigger government more regulations and then in the very next sentence you say that many want to compete without regulations.
Regulations and oversight - things like OSHA and FDA standards and fines for non-compliance all cut into the corporate bottom line. As far as the Tea Party, one needs only to see their racist signs and hear their rhetoric to realize they are the dangerous ones.
@igystrvigy The first sentence of your comment agrees with one of the gripes that OWS has. We are tired of our government being bought. Why don't you come help us out? I don't think the Tea Party and OWS have to be enemies on every issue, if we agree on something, why not protest together? If what you say is true to how you feel then we have something in common. Come on out.
@igystrvigy I know your comment is a week old, but you really need to read the Wikipedia entry for fascist. It is the very definition of the Tea Party.
@igystrvigy I think the light getting into your bubble is refracting and altering your rationality. Under no circumstances is it a conspiracy theory that Mr. Hedges said is true about the tea party. Who paid for the buses and stages? Corporations nvr want more government, since when has anyone of their army of lobbyist ever said there should be more rules. As for OWS, it is the voice of a generation that is oppressed by 30 years of policy enacted to feed the rich.
. The right wing extremist Supreme Court decided in favor of Citizens United which allows unlimited funding and lobbying without disclosure under the premise that corporations are persons. Because of this decison we the people cannot compete with the millions and billions of the elite .001 %. They can buy all the politicians they want. Are we being represented?? Less now than ever in our history.
He's saying that moneyed interests run the country. This is supposed to be a representative government of, by and for the people. That is what the founders created and they were wary of corporate power and they said as much. Jefferson, Madison, Andrew Jackson and Lincoln all said as much. The original Boston Tea Party was a powerful act of civil disobedience against the East India Company a monopolistic British Corporation.
HE IS SO WRONG ABOUT MORE GOVRMENT. LOOK AROUMD PEOPLE THERE IS TO MUCH GOVERMENT. WOW WHY IS IT SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE GOVERMENT CREATE THESE CREATURES.ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS UNDERSTAND THE REPUBLIC THE FOUNDERS WERE TRYING TO BUILD. LIMITED GOVERMENT PERIOD WHICH WE DO NOT HAVE. PLEASE READ THE CONSTITUTION
@Sixdouble5321 To refute both of your arguments. #1: Most Businesses and "Job Creators" will leave the country regardless because they can make more profit in countries with less environmental regulation, lower standards of living, and lower wage pay. #2: most corporations are taxed very little and no Government regulation leads to financial ruin due to Speculation and Hedging and also due to high levels of insider information (what if the Government never caught Madoff or Raj Rajaratnam)
@retardedcore Which, if true, makes them the treasonous weasels that they are. Anyway, they got their tax breaks and imediately started sending jobs over seas. You wanna live in China. Book a flight. In America we recognize that the environmental protections are worthwhile. Go breath polluted air in a country with no regulation. F the so called job creators!
@retardedcore...sorry, didn't work. My relative owns a Corporation and they pay huge taxes. Try $60K per year just for property tax. Then there is insurance, payroll taxes, tax on inventory, and then federal taxes. They pay much more than the workers do and Corp. is supposed to be a person?
You need to own one to know what they have to go through.
@Sixdouble5321 He's talking about giant multi-national corporations with billions of dollars. They have massive political influence. More than you or I. He encourages small businesses like your relative.
@thirakut....well then that should not make you very happy with Obama for bailing out some of those big Corp. and giving our tax money to Corp. that later make that money disappear then file bankruptcy.
Obama is behind all this Corporate pandering and you can't see it.
@Sixdouble5321 I agree and I see both GOP and Dem have been bought by big corporations, in particular big banks. I support your relative's business and we should have more like it. FYI: I get my news from Zero Hedge, Seeking Alpha and etc.
@Sixdouble5321 I'm not happy with the bailout or much that Obama has done, but that doesn't mean Obama is to blame for the corporatist takeover and co-opting of our democracy. As Chris pointed out, Obama's policies haven't differed in any meaningful way from those of GW Bush. Obama is not the cause of the problem, that is more than plain. But he certainly has done further damage. The only answer is a complete systemic overhaul, not simply a different figurehead
@MarilynCarino...that is our main problem, we keep electing a figurehead. We have the technology now where we do NOT need a president. We let congress make up the laws and before they can be laws we all vote on them. That would include going to war with other countries.
We could start by voting out existing laws first that are already on the books.
All our problems are caused by leaders and who puts them in place!
@Sixdouble5321 I'm not talking about "your relative." (You want me to believe that 60k a year would make a dent in the profits of most of these companies? ha!) Im talking about people who make REAL profit in the millions. The protesters aren't concerned about little corporations that pay their share of taxes, they're talking about corporations so big they are written out of the code (GE, Big Oil, Insurance Companies,Comercial Banks, Etc...) I only need to own a library card to understand that.
@jpeditor (cont'd): Of course Lenin/Stalin -- the Soviet Union -- preferred being identified as 'socialist/communist' because it made it sound better than it was; and the US was happy to call the Soviet Union -- what was really a murderous dictatorship -- 'socialist' because they knew/know a REAL socialist society, with all of it's appeal, is a real threat to those who really run the country and are in charge in the US -- big business/giant corporations/banks, etc...
@munderlarkst IOW, "we just need to give socialism and communism ANOTHER CHANCE! Lenin, Stalin and Mao only killed ONE HUNDRED MILLION but THEY GOT IT WRONG.
:I know if you just give ME a chance to tell everyone what to make, how to price it and how much everyone should be allowed to consume, IT WILL BE PERFECT"
MWU_HA_HA... - please continue, so MILLIONS can see how INSANE YOU ARE.
@jpeditor: Stalin and Lenin were murderous dictators, not socialists. Socialism has nothing to do killing 50 million people and having a society made up of people who had no control of their lives as it was under Stalin and Lenin. Lenin espoused socialism when rising to power because he knew he had to. Once the Russian Revolution was over -- a coup basically -- he discarded the socialist ideals and immediately became a murderous dictatorship. Learn what socialism is, not US propaganda version.
I disagree with Mr. Hedges. The Tea Party springs from the same impulses that has given rise to the Occupy movement. I'd venture to guess that a survey of Tea Partisans would reveal no more racism than among the general population, and a widespread opposition to the the Federal Reserve and Goldman Sachs that would bely the corporate/"fascist" character Hedges imputes to the movement.
@rotoscoop : I looked it up.. Contrary to what this douche bag claims Koch Brothers are some of the ardent supporters of civil rights, pro-gay rights, anti-war, anti-Patriotic Act advocates in the country. In NYC where many other millionaires / billionaires live, he's one of the largest philanthropists of all - donating millions in arts, education, medical research ($100M to MIT recently).
So there is no evidence to substantiate this leftist Hedge's claims. The tp mv also was started by Paul
The Tea Party Movement is a nascent fascist movement, as Hedges has the balls to say. If they gain power, we can kiss goodbye to any shreds of democracy we have left.
There are real reasons to denounce the Tea Party. They are right in that there is 'something wrong', but their solutions are completely in the wrong direction.
@munderlarkst Yeah, because having the govt print trillions more money and wasting it all on shit shovel jobs for unions and banks and companies like GE, so they can DONATE MORE BACK TO THE DNC like a merry go round will REALLY SOLVE OUR PROBLEMS...
/sarcasm off for the zinn-sucking wannebe marxists here. PS _ RT is PUTIN's resurrection of the KGB MEDIA.
Why don't you look up what Stalin did to the Trotskyites in the Great Purges to get a hint of how you'll fare under Chris Hedges et al.
@jpeditor Stalin and Lenin were murderous dictators, not socialists. Socialism has nothing to do killing 50 million people and having a society made up of people who had no control of their lives as it was under Stalin and Lenin. @munderlarkst I think you, like most of your friends in the tea party are just misinformed. Start reading books written by nobal authors and the truth shall be revealed to you. Thom Hartmann on free speech tv or here on youtube is also very informative. The world needs change not misinformed people who think they know so much.
@gerri577 I think you may be confusing me with "@jpeditor". I'm the one responding to 'jpeditor' in these comments criticizing, if you will, the tea party. I like Thom Hartmann's show Coversations with Great Minds series and people like Chomsky, i.e., sane rational progressives, et al. -- munderlarkst.
@jpeditor On Tea Party racism: That's not proof of not having racism in their party. Every single minority that Tea Party voted for are Republican. So, where there are minorities running as Republicans, Tea Party votes for them. That's the difference. To deny the huge amount of racism seen in the Republican/Tea Party -- not all are racists, of course, and there are some good people in the Tea Party -- is to be blind.
@jpeditor On Tea part racism (cont'd): The argument you make is a red-herring which 'news' organizations like Fox-News and people like Limbaugh and Beck make -- the same organizations/people that impartial studies have show disseminate the most disinformation of all the mainstream news outlets.
From what I read that was to protest a military drone exhibit and didn't sound like much of a storm. Protests must be non-violent -- ONE THING TO WATCH OUT FOR and remember, generally speaking, is that the big businesses have their counter tactics and huge amounts of money to do stuff like hire 'protesters' to act like legitimate Wall St. protesters, et al, and act borderline 'violently', for example, to try and stop the protests, and so on.
Teabaggers were shitting insane right wing corporate traitors. Now we have the other 99% of the nation's citizens rising up in rebellion against the shitting traitors.
@NotSoOldHippy the 1% are you Liberal Progressive and your Muslim Terrorist Child Rapist heroes Odmbo the clown and his gang of Jihidist. the 99% is the Tea Party who will defeat you Muslim terrorist and child rapist with 2nd Amendment solution's
Matt Taibbi has an article in Rolling Stone called, "The People v. Goldman Sachs" written a few months ago, but should be read especially now with all that is going on with Wall St. protests.
I like how people are like.. stupid left, stupid right, stupid conservative, and stupid liberal.
When you are wrong, you are wrong. There is no left or right. At this time, the republetards and the baggers are beyond wrong. The banks and wall street are all fucked up. Look at Iceland. If you insult the movement, you are severely under educated.
It doesn't help that one of Obamas donors was JPMorgan. Im still voting for him, because he is better than the religidiots on the GOP.
@djpsiphi thanks for your comments your words will make good Commercials to show what you Obama Reelection Committee members think of Americans. You are the same people who helped the DNC Lost what was a safe seat for 40 years to the Tea Party keep talking i will turn your words into weapons to use against obama
@freedombase I cannot understand you. Please relearn the english language, grammar, and punctuation; and come back. Im not a part of any committee. I am just a dubstep DJ who has a masters in IT (DBD) with understudies in macroeconomics and theology. It seems that my logic and critical thinking skills surpass what people call 'above average.' Politicians and Religidiots today, can't admit they were wrong. That is why I love Science. I can admit I am wrong after my hypothesis is disproven.
@djpsiphi Poor liberal when Americans and Israel defeat your muslim terrorist pedophile odumbo the clown and you liberal Jew Killing Liberal progressives do not cry.
@freedombase I will succumb to this. It is amazing. This shows pure judgement without knowledge. Shema y'srael adonoi elohanu adonoi echad. I am an atheist though, and an anti-theist. I am also israeli - рускйй
@leifihrck : people in the Tea Party are woefully misinformed on so many topics and are indistiguishable from republicans -- in fact usually representing the worst of the far right -- and get most of their info from Fox News, etc.. I'd like to say they are at least well-intentioned but since racism seems to be so pervasive in the tea party I can't even say they are well-intentioned. They're pretty awful actually and dangerous to have as any sort of significant influence in any society.
@munderlarkst "but since racism seems to be so pervasive in the tea party I can't even say they are well-intentioned. " Dear LYING jackass - there are more minorities ELECTED via the Tea Party than there are minority news anchors ON THE 5 OBAMA NEWS OUTLETS.
@leifihrck Yeah, they were told that by Limpballs. He gets the marching orders from the Koch brothers, then recites them, and the teabaggers carry it out, and repeat it. Hedges is correct. The teabagger party is a fascist movement in our country.
@freedombase Oh, what lies did President Obama just so happen to spew about Prime Minister Netanyahu? Because all elaborate evidence points to Netanyahu being a despicable liar. As he asks for peace whilst continuing his imperialistic escapades.
@TKDMike58 Well said, Mike. The idiot right thinks they are demonizing the Occupy Wall Street protesters in calling them dirty, smelly, uninformed, and that they smoke pot and have sex while leaving a huge mess behind. What these idiots fail to comprehend is that even if these simple-minded stereotypes of all Occupy protesters were factual, the true dregs of society are the intolerant, racist, gun fetishist, homophobic, and downright treasonous scum who comprise the Tea Party.
@landscapewizard08081 the problem is that that is exactly what the ruling elite want, they either want too much government or to much corperate control, it has to be a balance, they both have to have as little power as possible so that they don't become corrupt and that starts with the people not supporting them, either party and anywhere where power that is corrupted can take over the will of everyday people. That goes for government and some banks and other interests.
@RussMaxable....they cannot make money out of thin air!
They need consumers and they know if government is out of the way, consumers have more control over consumer spending. Corporations must have sales or they must have a government willing to bail them out every time they need it. Take that bailout away and they will have to compete.
Obama is to blame for the recent bailouts and you libtards look right past him like is not even there.
The Idea is to limit goverment so we dont have to pay taxes. Then wall street wouldnt get money for free. they would have to earn it. They would have to compete like the rest of us. That would mean they have to create jobs. No more goverment hand outs because the goverment wouldnt have the money. we would
That's part of the point Hedges make. I don't like to call it a movement either because it reminds of what the tea party is called, and it's bs, but I would refer to Occupy Wall Street as protests, which is a good thing -- especially since they are naturally growing from, as you say, a collective frustration. I don't think anyone denies that, unless they're on Fox News, et al.
I disagree that the tea party is racist. I am not a member of the tea party- however -I believe that they had some good ideas. I am however for universal healthcare supported by a vat tax so I could never join the tea party for that reason. I still think the two should unite and quit being haters on both sides.

Txman1996 4 months ago
@Txman1996 What the hell has his got to do with Nazi Germany?
Identifying Wall Street, Goverment and the Bankers as the root cause of everyone' misery has nothing to do with racism. It's just highlighting uncontrolled greed gone extreme...

But since he insists on demonizing a movement that has similarites, a group of people that actually made it as far as getting people elected, he will only make our political landscape less functional. Hedges says here, but to tie gun culture into violence and racism as an absolute is as ignorant as those who think the Tea Party is a grass roots organization.
officialjbbeverley 4 months ago
The original Tea Party (before it was co-opted by corporations) shared many of the same ideals as OWS. I think it's important to note this. Divisive language is detrimental to OWS and Chris Hedges is propagating this. What the Tea Party have become is no more corrupt than Clinton passing NAFTA and Obama appointing Geithner. We need to stop blaming. The only difference between OWS and the Tea Party is Keynesian economics vs Austrian economics (respectively).

One needs just listen to the Occupy protestors to realize THEY are the dangerous violent radicals.
igystrvigy 4 months ago

Bluesman63 4 months ago
@igystrvigy The first sentence of your comment agrees with one of the gripes that OWS has. We are tired of our government being bought. Why don't you come help us out? I don't think the Tea Party and OWS have to be enemies on every issue, if we agree on something, why not protest together? If what you say is true to how you feel then we have something in common. Come on out.
Eaglesfaninca 4 months ago

@igystrvigy I think the light getting into your bubble is refracting and altering your rationality. Under no circumstances is it a conspiracy theory that Mr. Hedges said is true about the tea party. Who paid for the buses and stages? Corporations nvr want more government, since when has anyone of their army of lobbyist ever said there should be more rules. As for OWS, it is the voice of a generation that is oppressed by 30 years of policy enacted to feed the rich.
Xwowplaya 3 months ago
@Sixdouble5321 To refute both of your arguments. #1: Most Businesses and "Job Creators" will leave the country regardless because they can make more profit in countries with less environmental regulation, lower standards of living, and lower wage pay. #2: most corporations are taxed very little and no Government regulation leads to financial ruin due to Speculation and Hedging and also due to high levels of insider information (what if the Government never caught Madoff or Raj Rajaratnam)

Sixdouble5321 4 months ago
@Sixdouble5321 He's talking about giant multi-national corporations with billions of dollars. They have massive political influence. More than you or I. He encourages small businesses like your relative.
thirakut 4 months ago
@thirakut....well then that should not make you very happy with Obama for bailing out some of those big Corp. and giving our tax money to Corp. that later make that money disappear then file bankruptcy.

@Sixdouble5321 I agree and I see both GOP and Dem have been bought by big corporations, in particular big banks. I support your relative's business and we should have more like it. FYI: I get my news from Zero Hedge, Seeking Alpha and etc.
thirakut 4 months ago
@Sixdouble5321 I'm not happy with the bailout or much that Obama has done, but that doesn't mean Obama is to blame for the corporatist takeover and co-opting of our democracy. As Chris pointed out, Obama's policies haven't differed in any meaningful way from those of GW Bush. Obama is not the cause of the problem, that is more than plain. But he certainly has done further damage. The only answer is a complete systemic overhaul, not simply a different figurehead
MarilynCarino 4 months ago
@MarilynCarino...that is our main problem, we keep electing a figurehead. We have the technology now where we do NOT need a president. We let congress make up the laws and before they can be laws we all vote on them. That would include going to war with other countries.
We could start by voting out existing laws first that are already on the books.
All our problems are caused by leaders and who puts them in place!
Sixdouble5321 4 months ago
@Sixdouble5321 I'm not talking about "your relative." (You want me to believe that 60k a year would make a dent in the profits of most of these companies? ha!) Im talking about people who make REAL profit in the millions. The protesters aren't concerned about little corporations that pay their share of taxes, they're talking about corporations so big they are written out of the code (GE, Big Oil, Insurance Companies,Comercial Banks, Etc...)
