@vid3ob3ast It's normal to yawn. Means you're releasing energy. If you get tired or sleepy, that means your unconscious trying to "take you out of the game" in order to not be witnessed. It's a self defense mechanism to fall asleep.
Good video. Also you seem to care for your outer body as well as inner. Wish I could find someone with your great energy to meditate with and train with. Interesting how the light keeps changing. Is it sun and clouds?
I love all the feedback with this video. Please continue to meditate daily. Some days you may want to do a walking meditation, other times it can be journaling. Anything to help you relax, focus, and regain clarity into who you are.
No... Thank you Aaron! Well said in laymen's terms. I was getting frustrated with other meditation help on here. Everyone needs to meditate. Stress of everyday, past trauma, and/or other emotional stress is killing people. As to StaceyValless 's comment..... I can tell you that the reason for meditation is quiet the mind.
@KPollauf Thanks for chiming in. Yes, a big reason I meditate is for quieting my mind chatter. This allows me to observe my actions, thoughts, and behaviors from a "witness" perspective, thus allowing me to choose and to CHANGE my life. Much, much value in this practice. Just begin sitting for 5 minutes...don't try to do anything but sit there. That is more important that "trying" to meditate.

I am new to meditation, BUT!! I coped very well today in my session and I feel all that what you are talking about cause I had hypnosis sessions quite a lot before(on my iphone), and meditation, yoga and hypnosis they are all same background after all I advice everyone to start them NOW they really have an impact :)
Stop yawning... it's contagious.lol. Question what is the difference between meditation and just sitting down thinking? I really don't understand. :) How do you know if you achieved meditation?
@StaceyValles meditating is making your mind not to think, it's just sitting there not thinking about anything at all (it's not as easy as it sounds), when you do this you sorta relax your mind by "shutting it down", this is what meditation is all about, some ppl say they think about something specific like a problem they have and not thinking in anything but the problem helps them to understand it better and to come up with solutions o.O
