Joyce and I were sorry to hear about Fran's passing. She was a real "force of nature"!
We both loved her irrepressible sense of humor and of course the amazing ease with which she could make you feel at home, even when, as we on several occasions did, people would announce themselves "passing through" Richmond.
She will be missed.
