Okay, guys, this is what happened, Evanescence first asked a few band members of linkin park to do the song, Mike Shinoda was originally supposed to sing, instead of Paul Macoy, but Shinoda stated that he was too busy with the making of Linkin Park's second album, Meteora. Yes, the male vocals are Paul Macoy, but Linkin Park has nothing to do with the song, but I would have loved to see Mike Shinoda do the male vocals, it would've been great in my opinion
