problem with that is most dash cam's have GPS now and not many people would be happy to show how BAD they drive and what speed there doing.

unlike me where i have 2 dash cam's front and back both senser activated when car is stopped for some time both have GPS and show speed and have a long record time. well worth the £400.00 each

You are correct to assume that the car stops quicker than if it were to actually lock up and skid, but its impossible to know whether or not ABS kicked in here...I doubt it, being that the conditions were dry. It takes A LOT for ABS to take over during dry stopping. Properly using threshold braking in a car without ABS will net you much shorter distances than relying on ABS. The purpose of ABS is to be able to steer around an object.
