  • I taste french food and it sucks..the only good thing about france is the pastrys.. and champagne..i dont even know why french food is considered a world food..everytime i travel to different big citys..all i see is asian, mexican, persian, italian restaurants..never see a french eatery ..why is is considered a world class eatery? hahaha

  • @MrManny7426 Wow, are you ever ashamed of your total ignorance? First off all "eatery" is a synonym for restaurant, not a cuisine, so French cooking is not an eatery, duh! Not, as to why French cuisine is considered world class has a lot to do with Paul Escoffier and that he basically invented the concept of haute cuisine, serving high-end versions of classic French dishes. The fact that you don't like French food means nothing, the WORLD disagrees with you.

  • @wendighoul haha sorry if i hurt your feelings ..

With this all tell u everything..in canada theres more asian restaurants then french crappy clog artery butter dishes :)

  • @MrManny7426 P.S.if you don't see a French restaurant in the city you're looking in, it's not a very good food city, it's far more likely that an ignorant piece of crap like you just doesn't recognize French cuisine, and even if you could, you can't afford to eat at a French restaurant, anyway.

  • I had lunch today at Je Thé...Me, its just around the corner form Le Cordon Bleu. Where im currently going to school. Thanks for the upload!

  • one of his best shows...

  • Fascinating show and topic...progression.However,the three words I fear most have entered the equation..."more like America...".

  • I've never had a good wine that had a screw cap on it....or that came from a a plastic bladder in a cardboard box... enough said!

  • Gordon is the Chef of the Century!

  • Hello 240p, welcome back.

  • This is clear proof that not all French people are jerks to foreigners. One of the nicest people i've ever met in Europe was from France.

  • @musiclover3928 i seriously doubt this show is a good representative of french behavior, bourdain isn't just some random tourist. everyone tends to be on their best behavior around the guy

  • Michelin? oh you mean the tire company.

  • Tell me this dude isn't one the coolest 55 year olds you'v ever seen

  • @Aspanaut i completely agree. Anthony rocks!!

  • Yeah i agree one of favorite episodes.. Tied with Spain and Tuscanny.. The Chef at Frenchies in the episode is fuckin motivating...

  • I have been watching this show for days now and I AM SO LOVING IT!!!! More than I did Bizarre Foods!!!! Thank you so much for the uploads. (",

  • @bedoyski i'm happy you enjoy them

  • Eric Rippert is a deutchebag

  • In Kitchen Confidential, Tony mentions what separates home cooking from restaurant cooking, and in a word, it's butter. They use a ton of butter (with oil) in restaurants. He wasn't lying. Just look at 07:16...one dish with easily three-quarters of a stick!

  • where is le comptoir???

  • thanks for sharing all great uploads!

  • @Alexanderisgreat you're very welcome

  • All the greats of today are there. When it comes to France, Bourdain knows the place and the people well (unlike his Hong Kong choices haha). You can trust him on this one. Anthony on t'adore!

  • That host forgot to mention (intentionally) how rude the mo fo waitress are in Paris (and the habitants as well or inmigrants wanna be) and how arrogant are chefs, and MOSTLY the food sucks and is very expensive, there are 8 cafe per block and 7 of them serve cold bread with a lettuce an some ham, at 7 euros. The city is beautiful but dont expect me to leave my money there anytime soon cause is an atmosphere of bad humour there..

  • ewww, That Eric guy sucks. Love you Tony.

  • thanks for the upload! I missed this one and loved the first Paris show. If only I had the money to go there myself...this is as close as I can get

  • @Der81Koenig no problem, mate

  • Frenchie Chef twice does a tasting (13:20, 14:05) then puts the spoon right back in food. Great Guy, Great Restuarant tho !
