To search for JM videos- put his name in the search window- to check daily, when the "Filter and Explore' comes up to FAR LEFT click arrow down and under "explore" (next to 'relevance" ,), click on "Uploaded Today" - and so on. Over a year ago someone named Gerrymoran1 put up a whole show from the 1980's in the UK- called Mathis Magic- it's terrific- so check that out. He no longer posts- but those are great.

@beweau - I'm with you. The first time I heard Johnny's voice (in 1957) I was 12 years old and was completely spell bound. I have loved listening to him ever since and have heard him live many times. (Going to see him again on July 30th on Long Island, NY). I, too, have wondered if he really knows how much we fans adore him and what listening to him does to us.. I never tire of listening to him sing. Whenever Johnny sings a song, no matter who recorded that song, it becomes his.

@flagday45 Yes, when a song is touched by Johhny, then it's his forever. I have loved this voice, and adored its origin for fifty years. From my teens. I have never seen him live, but I will in october. I'm going to UK (from Norway) to see him in all three concerts . Am I happy? Yes, and yes! Berit.

Have this and every song he ever recorded. Got his autograph years ago when he was standing at a main intersection. He was in town to do a talk show. Very humble, shy then and always so very talented. What a voice!

Youtube has made it harder for people to find videos-even subscribers- so if you dont' know- you just type in for instance, Johnny Mathis, in the search window, click search and then along the top left it says "search options"- click on that- and then along the top in the middle it says "Upload date" and under that Anytime, Today, This week, This month. Click on "today" or whenever you come on if not daily- and you'll find new JM's. :)

I played this at my late Husband's Funeral. He died at 24 in a motorcycle accident on October 13, 1976 and I became a widow left with a 7 1/2 year old son. It was befitting as "I was born" came from the movie Wuthering Heights. There was not a dry eye and although it takes me right back to that day, I look back fondly knowing it was the perfect song for that day. Thank you Michele Legrand and Johnny Mathis.
