You can disagree with the method but the message is more important, and if you have issues with the message of Sikh Women preferring Sards then you have other issues... and let's face it, why can't amritdhari women be in jeans and tops? In order to join the workforce you can't expect them to keep faith and fit in salwar kameez to work... so face the reality the younger Sikh generation is coming up in the strong in faith and have no issues fitting in mainstream with turbans and beards.

Stop confusing culture and religion. Just because your parents do not allow you to date, does not mean that Sikhism prohibits meeting someone. Just like the comment earlier about it being inappropriate to wear a dastar and jeans. Due to culture indian girls wear salwar kameez but to follow sikhism there is nothing written that to be a sikh you must absolutely be wearing a salwar kameez. You can disagree with the method but the message is more important, and if you have issues with the message of Sikh Women preferring Sards then you have other issues... and let's face it, why can't amritdhari women be in jeans and tops? In order to join the workforce you can't expect them to keep faith and fit in salwar kameez to work... so face the reality the younger Sikh generation is coming up in the strong in faith and have no issues fitting in mainstream with turbans and beards.

Stop confusing culture and religion. Just because your parents do not allow you to date, does not mean that Sikhism prohibits meeting someone. Just like the comment earlier about it being inappropriate to wear a dastar and jeans. Due to culture indian girls wear salwar kameez but to follow sikhism there is nothing written that to be a sikh you must absolutely be wearing a salwar kameez. There is nothing wrong in wearing dastaars and jeans. Cum on man In these westren countries 99% dastaar wearing young girls wear jeans. If they don't wear they will be the odd man out. They have to face lot of problems. I understand that in India it does matter if you wear jean with dastaar. But In westren countries it does matters if you wear salwaar Kameez with Dastaar. We need to think practically.

if you watch the video carefully it is not her in the jeans. Also their is nothing wrong with wearing jeans atleast she is not wearing skirts..how come u didnt say the samething for the guy..baba ji never said girls cant wear jeans or long skirts..its all good as long she is coverd..
