@winter07926 Problem with your logic. You say "more rights than meth heads." the thing is everyone has rights whether you are a drug addict, smoker, mu slum, or jew. The only time their rights are taken away is when what they are doing infringes on other peoples' rights. Allowing private businesses to decide whether to allow smoking or not should be up to the business, and people should be allowed to decide if they would like to smoke or not. Don't live anywhere near this city but, IMO the smoking bans have gone way too far and are greatly infringing upon smoker's rights. This is just another example of the invasivness of government and loss of individual freedoms.
