@PrRican973 different motor, probably from the integra and built with a turbo and some other stuff it's not that uncommon or very hard to do. you can swap the motor out for about 2-3k and a weekend. prety much just bolts right in. there is a civic that runs 8.3 in the quarter. just look up chris miller or nrg tech
@Jono2016 external wastegate, the 2 step, by nature, causes the flames, why they are under the hood is because that's where his external wastegate is directed. some have a pipe sticking out the side of the car shooting flames, his points down. and he is prolly running open downpipe anyways, why not, muffler is still a restriction.
