How To Load An Operating System Onto A Blackberry

I can't get to the step on device application selection...it just says that the blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device software for this device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system admin...help me i have no os on my phone and its very important that i have it up and going as soon as possible

Thank you sooo much! I just got the Bold 9900 and it unexpectedly crashed. After wiping it, I couldn't figure out how to reload the OS. Your video is greaaat! It's up and running again :D

Hi, i have been watching your clip for 30 times. and i need help i would really appreciate if you can help. everything went well until in 3:35 where it says "Device application selection" didn't show anything so i had to manually add the OS then when clicked next it would say "the application Email Setup Application" cannot be loaded because some required files are not available and it does not let me go farther no matter what. thanks in advance for any suggestions

Every time I reload a new software, the phone has trouble 'Reconnecting to JVM' -- I have to unplug the phone and plug it back in, which may be the reason I get a messed up speaker phone when doing the install. Any help?
