This has helped me when I want to cut, and I really hope it will help you...Make a list. It can be 2 things, or 200 things...and have it on your wall or something, a list of things that you can do instead of cutting. On my list I have dancing, drawing, running, (I take long runs in the middle of the night) and other things....If your still alive, please please PLEASE talk to somebody, and tell them what your feeling....message me anytime. :( <3 <3 hugs!!

You have a disorder that no one can help you with. Only Dr.s and professionals can help you.
I have a sister that I've had to finally stop seeing. She's 48 and self-mutilating since she was 14. She refuses to follow the Dr.s orders regarding her meds. She continues to abuse drugs and alcohol and cut the hell out of herself because no one loves her. It's not that people don't love her, they just can't help her.
Follow your Dr.'s orders and maybe you'll get better.
