First off, Jones should be undefeated right now. The Matt Hamill fight was long over before he did the 12 to 6. I've been watching this guy since the beginning and the reason people don't like him is because he straight out classes his opponents. Jones is a great Champion. But Rashad Evans is the best fighter in all of MMA. I knew that for a long time. So many times, Rashad was the underdog, and few had picked him to win. But I always picked Rashad to win, and I was right. Back when Fedor Emelianenko had that winning streak going, I said that Rashad Evans would beat Fedor. Everyone thought it was a joke. But that joke became reality. I said that Rashad would win back his UFC title. I said that right after his loss to Machida.

Just can't see Silva penetrating through the reach advantage. Need to come up with someone in the non-HW who can tango with that, but I'm having difficulty picturing the fighter.

First off, Jones should be undefeated right now. The Matt Hamill fight was long over before he did the 12 to 6. I've been watching this guy since the beginning and the reason people don't like him is because he straight out classes his opponents. It pisses people to see him come and destroy top name fighters that have been around for a while. Fighters are going to keep getting better as time goes. If this is what we get from 5-10 years, I can't wait to see what happens in another 15 years.

Jones is a huge 205er and Silva is a big 185er, having jones come down will drain him too much, but for Silva its more comfortable at 205 cuz he wont have to cut down as much and he sizes up pretty well there. sorry bro, but u totally called it wrong on this one, and a fight between them MUST happen, its the pacman-mayweather of mma bar none, it by no means tarnishes either fighters reputation, only adds to it

@scottfser they are the two most talented fighters in mma history and arguably the best there ever were, so why not put them together? Silva vs Jones= Mortal Kombat brought to life. And Silva vs Jones in no way, shape, or form compares to Ail vs Holmes, Ali was way past his prime and in the early stages of his parkinson's disease, Silva is getting older but is far from being over the hill, still the same dominant champ he was, in 1 fight he got dominated and ppl write him off, dumb.
