i got a sense from the judges that bayless cooked his meat better except for the one street dish that the third judge couldn't wrap his head around

flay lacks creativity he repeats techniques a lot. He does the breakfast poached eggs with meat preps, chilli stuffed dish, grilled meat with chilli and molasses and a green chilli glaze/paste with like everything. Has he ever cooked fish ?? I dont know i dont think he holds a candle to all the remaining iron chefs. He should be a sous chef to them.

Bobby flay is more tollerable in the earlier episodes...he gets more of a cocky attitude later on. Its nice to see him on the same earth as everyone else.

Bayless should've had better plates -_- could've won -___- it all acme down to the damn plating.... maybe if his food presentation looked better... stupid category it's so easy to get a 15...

all iron chefs and challenger chefs should already have that predetermined in all their dishes.. the damn plating/presentation how simple...

This one was great two of my favorite chefs cooking it out. I think they were both winners. I will be making the empanadas! Maybe not with buffalo but some other meat. Thanks for sharing this with me and everyone else.

Yes, another close one.  One of my favorite outcomes is the parm - regg cheese battle. One of the competitors scores 55 out of a possible 60 and *loses* - those must have been some tasty eats!
