  • i thought this was going to take place in you know closer to the 21st century but it still looks good

  • God, Leo is such a lousy actor...

  • @pacoiec WHAT...THE HELL...ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? Leonardo DiCaprio is an amazing actor. Whose a good actor in your opinion if Leo is lousy....

  • I hear people complain that Dicaprio's and Diaz's acting in this movie, was terrible, it wasn't. Their accents were. lol

  • The best quality on youtube =)

  • One of my top five favorite films. Along with Departed, Braveheart,Glory and Godfather. Pure brilliance :) Beautiful score and cinematography as well.

  • Cameron's new movie Bad Teacher is really funny.

  • Damn good HQ... only 480p

  • This trailer doesn't do justice to this AWESOME film. Not in a lifetime.

  • I JUST SAW JOHN C.REILLY

  • This is an amazing trailer. Especially the score in the beginning and the whole"On my challenge."part.. One best trailers ever, along with Crash,The Departed,Inception(since it reveals absolutely nothing),Law abiding citizen,Traffic, and despite the endresult not being as good as the trailer,Brooklyns finest....and others. Wanna see a really sucky trailer? Watch the other one for Gangs.Talk about lack of intensity,,,

  • What a shitty trailer for an awesom movie

  • @satircon

Really? I thought it was epic. The music from Glory at the end.

  • what is the name of the song that is played at the end of the trailer?

  • ENOUGH OF THIS HEATHEN MUSIC

THIS IS A NIGHT FOR AMERICAAANS!

  • The only thing about this film I don't like I Diaz can't stand that bitch

  • "Gangs of New York" is nearly a perfect film. But going by the trailer it looks like a pile of random shit. And having the song from "Glory" playing in the background is just freakin bizarre. I thought Denzel was going make an appearance. How cool would that've been tho?

  • i admit, i watched this just because of leo. but trust me girls, it wasn't worth it.

  • Leonardo DiCaprio and Cameron Diaz make such a cute couple!

  • @MorpheusEmilio

aw, shutup you celebrity idolizing idiot.

  • 0:10 see the town...the studios of cinecittà without the PC-rendering!!

  • @nonnaida you're so lucky

  • @dirty06maggot why?

  • @nonnaida cause you have film history class!! when i have enough money i wanna go to filmschool.

  • @dirty06maggot So, good luck for your future

  • @dirty06maggot So, good luck for your future :)

  • @nonnaida thanx a lot :-)

  • im studying this film in history class,..... pretty CHILLLL

  • the trailer really doesn't do it justice.

  • @Gunnerss09 I THINK THE TRAAILER IS GREAT!

  • Great Movie! My great great grandfather was a doctor living during those times in New York City. And he carried a gun to make house calls because the streets were so dangerous. We love to believe the crime in large cities is a modern problem. And that the old days was a better, safer time. Even though there were some liberties to this flick, they were tough days back then in NYC.

  • Daniel Day Lewis is quite possibly the best actor in movie history. He is simply brilliant!

  • @coltsuperocean10 Not by a long shot.

  • @grga888 hahahahaha, muppet! No one better!

  • @coltsuperocean10 His performance as the Butcher is easily one of the 10 best of all time but he is no way the best actor alive or in history. He deserved an Oscar for this one,not There will...Daniel Plainview was in voice and mannerisms just the butcher all over again. He is really good. But he´s no Benicio....

  • @Sumumabitch78

I would have to disagree with you on that. Daniel Plainview is more reserved and has more subtext and subtlety to his character, making him more complex. Bill the Butcher is more vocal, boastful and an obvious villain just by looking at him. And I don't know if you mean Benicio del Toro, but that's a shame if you do. Day Lewis doesn't star in mainstream cash-ins like The Wolfman or overrated "cool" movies like Fear and Loathing.

  • @ReechReynolds Youre gonna bring Wolfman into this?Seriously? I take it you haven´t seen Nine. Neither Benicio or Daniel make alotta movies but its about quantity...and taste.Daniel is brilliant,I just prefer Benicio,to ME the most versatile around.Watch21 Grams,Sin City,Che,Things we lost in the fire.Basquiat,The usual suspects..He has no moviepersona like Pacino,heBECOMES the character..Wolfman from 41 is his favourite and the remake was his homage.Dont know if I mean Benicio? Kidding, right?

  • @ReechReynolds So Benicio is a mediocre mainstream actor to you? Hmmm...I´m a bit surprised but thats the charm about taste and movies,I guess....

  • idk wat it is but i realy dont care for decaprio. maybe its cause he always seems to get badass charactera but hw doesnt seem to be one himself

  • worth rated 18 above

  • I wish Drea de Matteo of Sopranos fame had played Jenny. Diaz was a bit too tame in my opinion.

  • Great movie. Worth paying to see.

  • James McAvoy should played the part of Amsterdam!!! DiCaprios sucked ass...

  • maybe james def not dicaprios. i dont know why hes even in movies anymore, his accent is the same with every character

  • not really, i kinda see what your going at but he changes it a lot have u seen his movies? have u see gilberty grape? shutter island? inception? blood diamond? Departed?
