So I did it today, but I forgot to add a minute rest between exercises into my Round Timer app, I was only doing 20 seconds rest the whole way through, ha. Oooops! By the end of the tripods I was BEAT, fun workout, thanks!
How often are you supposed to do this? Do you do this with any other strength training or conditioning? I know people can do whatever is appropriate for their level, but I'm curious what the recommendations are specifically for this. Thanks!
@oneminuteworkout - haha thanks for answering but actually I'm more confused now. :) Are you saying you do Tacfit 4 days in a row, then Mass Assault / Kettlebells/ P90x for 4days in a row, then... ? But thanks for posting this, this is great stuff!
Great workout, very very hard though. going to do it tonight, very sore.

@jmacatx There are 3 levels of 28 Day Programs. It's on a 4 day cycle.
I do a cycle then switch to do a strength cycle like Mass Assault using dumbells, or the Kettlebell spetnaz.
P90X or whatever other program for strength and mass.
Tacfit Commando is great for shredding the goo. Hope that helps.
