  • how often do you take your horse swimming every day or every other day do you mix any land training into it or just water

  • Comment removed

  • cant believe people are shocked by this and think its cruel. this is great excersise for the horse, they are actually really great swimmers if you give them the chance and most horses enjoy it. get a life and stop complaining over stupid things.

  • that is not smart/safe! he's way too far out

  • looks too much like hard work for me! mades me puffed just watching it! lololol

  • This has always been popular - the australians were big into swimming horses as well. Quite popular. The horses don't seem to mind - I would just be concerned about depth if one became tired its aways back, but other than that I say go for it ! Great exercise and variety for the horse, especially those with joint rehab.

  • for all of you who don't know horses enjoy being in the water and carrying race horses to the sea was a common practice until they created the equine pool

  • sheer brilliance!! only in ireland =D

  • this isn't only done in ireland

  • I Think Tht Is Well Rave Why Not Find A Horse Swimming pool

Or A Lake Not The Fkin Sea

  • I think that is well rave? Who says that?!?!

And Why Do You Type Every Word Starting With A Capital Letter? Is that not very tiring.

    Wow you're a stupid cunt.

  • @MCRtheblakparade737 he is a simple poor fucker isnt he, horses love a swim once they learn the trade like a wife learns to iron after the wedding thay are great at it

  • my Mare love to Swim!! and it is fun and an easy way to bond

  • Fantastic idea.

  • this is the craziest thing i've ever seen. talk about using natural resourses...ONLY IN EIRE..

  • Swimming is the ideal exercise, there is no risk of injury to joints or hooves, and some of the most important parts are being well exercised - the lungs and heart. The sea isnt cold, it was filmed in June. Surely its best to use the sea than some kind of complex large water tank.... and sea water is more bouyant than fresh water.

  • u stupid ass fuckers that is so fucking mean at least you can do is stay by shore in case the hose needs to get out this is plan mean you should be band from owning horses

  • i swim my 5yo racehorse its the best way to keep them fit and healthy and he loved it

  • Theres only one thing to know if you see something strange like this stop and yell" Hey are you Irish," The relpy will be who the Hell want to know. And then you will start telling them, And they will say" Hang on there mate, lets talk about this over a pint" haha im Welsh i have a lot of showjumper friends that are irish, its ok to poke fun i get it all the time.

  • well i bet the people at the peer find it unusual, and they cant really spook at anything!! now how long/far do u go and how cold is tht water?

  • i know an irish girl

  • a girl Horse or a girl Human?

  • a girl human

  • He doesnt drown, horses are incredibly buoyant, and these are professional Racehorses in peak condition. Swimming is a form of non-contact exercise, for lung and limb development... without the risk of damaged hooves, knee joints etc from heavy exercise on land...

  • POOR PONY WOT IF HE DROWNED !
