Oh yeah that's kind of annoying; I prefer to set up whatever music I want for the turn by choosing which animations to display in other games. But at least most of the soundtrack is really decent.

Beyond The Time used to depress the shit out of me every time I heard of it because that movie ended, well. But then, SRW D starting levels and Char raising hell alongside Zechs *and* Amuro? This song is nothing but awesome ass-kicking times after that.

@Joseph132100 I'd say very good, actually. There is enough customization of both robots and pilots, tons of combination attacks, a lot of uncommon series and a unique powerup system based on Macross 7. The one criticism is that super robots take a lot of damage unless you upgrade the shit out of them but it's manageable (and I like reals more anyway).

I'm halfway through my second playthrough and I expect to play it at least twice more until I get bored. PM me if you want more details.

@lithuanianpsycho Yeah i just got it on my computer and it is pretty decent. I mostly play Z2 now (my second playthrough) but I did want 2 give it a try and did. The only thing that really gets on my nerves is when the music plays right when u get in the action menu.

SRW has a LOT of series' that NEVER saw light in the West, and Banpresto will never go to the effort to gain liscencing rights to westernise all the series featured. S'why the OG games easily made it over to our shores.

These guys are making a translation for SRW F, F Final and this game, SRW D. They also JUST finished SRW J, the sequel to this game. These dudes do NOT fuck around either, so believe me when I say they finish what they start. In about 7 - 8 months, expect to be able to play this game in english. In the mean time, play SRW J and F until then. :D

Now now, those guys ARE awesome, but dont expect a release so soon. SRW J has been in development for years, and SRW D hasnt received an update in quite some time. Still, im looking forward to it.

@darkfire714 SRW J wasn't a forefront project because Kingcom and co. were working on other stuff (like tales of innocence), thus why it never really got any work put into it until the last few months.I've read them say SRW D would be done quite a bit faster as it's being done by a separate team. F is almost finished apparently because of it's significantly smaller script and D's also a bit smaller so it shouldn't be too long. 8 months is a long time after all.
