Why didn't he do the same edge tests? Just about anything will cut under tension! You could've really shown the damage done by cutting the paper and leather loose again, like the first time.

That dude rocks. I think his name is Mike. I stopped in to Grinstone Cutlery today and talked to him for an hour. Very interesting cat and he knows his stuff! Put up some more videos. I'd like to see his Kuhkri in action.
