nice but you need to put the car in higher gears to prevent redlining and so you always have enough power. Also whatever engine you got in that car take it out and replace it the NUR engine can be tuned easier. Overall though pretty good

Hmmm never tried throwing it into reverse but i would assume it would be a lot harder and pretty sure it would break your tranny. I used to tap the handbrake button turning into the corner then counter-steer but now i hold the handbrake button, its a lot easier.

@reodan92 Are you retarded? In order to drift it does not just take a simple "E-Brake and throttle". In order to perfect drifting it takes hours/days of tuning the car; and years of practice. (This is In Real Life drifting of course). In your video you held the emergancy brake alot. This is not a type of drifting, its a type of "Ass Dragging", you can do it with Front Wheel Drive cars. Maby you can understand this more clearly.

Just had to comment on this, but i think ass dragging is my favorite part of drifting. Going around the corner is cool and all but when you see the rear wheels not even spinning and the car is sideways on the straight away going 60mph+ and they bring it into the corner flawlessly with a bit of dirt drop. Thats not drifting?

@Jakefkyah if the rear wheels arent spinning, then no, it isnt drifting, its simply sliding around a corner. you use the throttle to complete the turn, the spinning of the rear wheels is used to complete the drift. if youre trying to defend what you said is drifting, then your saying that you can drift in a fwd car

@Jakefkyah well theres a difference between sliding with control,drifting,and power sliding.if you simply go in a fwd vehicle in a straight line and then suddenly pull on the handbrake, bringing the rear end of the vehicle out, then you give the engine some gas to even out the vehicle after you make the turn, then no,it is not drifting,thats just controlling a slide powersliding is awd, drifting is rwd,and fwd can't really do anything but slide around by slamming up on the HB,which is bad4thecar

@Jakefkyah no,its worse for fwd cuz your just dragging your rear end,so you have to hold the handbrake. in rwd and awd vehicles, you use that to INITIATE the drift,not for the entire drift, maybe a little in the drift to keep it going, but its really just holding the handbrake in fwd cars.there IS a difference in drifting,powersliding(awd) and just sliding. such as if you have a much too powerful car,it doesnt "drift", it just loses control.there is also a diff in the style in which they "drift"

many different ways to drift. Easiest is high hp, pretty high grip tires so you have more control and toe the back wheels in so you can get farther sideways. Also a rear wing will help you get your drifts even more sideways because it will want to push the car straight after you let off the gas. Differential settings are a must to. But the handbrake should be used only in tight corners or when you have little speed. when you got good speed the best way to drift is to do a scandinavian flick.

Nice. I got the drifting achievement using a gto, lol an AWD car. I tweaked the hell out of the settings, basically set it to extreme oversteering.

Check it out if you want. I just posted a vid today in HD. Did it on Rally di Positano ended up with a score around 120,000.
