The reason why Britney doesn't dance as hardcore as she used to?

In 2004, she injured her Knee performing choreography to her then-wouldbe single 'Outrageous' on the set of its video.

Britney is clearly on medication as a result of the conservatorship she is placed under. (Fluctuating weight, lazy movements) evidence of large doses.

Britney is wearing 5 - 6 inch heels while dancing today. She only used to wear 2 inch heels from 2000-2004, and she wore flat boots/sneakers before then.

Shes still amazing! Shes using the exact moves she was in 2004 "Slave 4 you" days. Except, shes not putting as much effort into each move. It's almost as if she can't be bothered, or is scared to. Nonetheless, shes great!!

Cannot believe people are getting so angry that she's toned down the hardcore choreography on this classic song, that she did 10 years ago! Her dancing on this tour is great & suits the show. It's a different style now, much less lower-body and more snappy, intricate routines with her dance troupe. This is still very entertaining, even if it isn't the best example. I loved what I saw from 1:44.

She's talked about being up early with the kids & not spending 8/9 hours rehearsing each day anymore!

It depends on the tour and the performance. Almost all of the Circus tour was playback, but then it's also very much untrue to say that she "doesn't sing live". This tour is probably around 60/40 live, maybe more. Slave, Womanizer and most of Till The World Ends (encore) are not live. Other songs like Trouble For Me, How I Roll, Toxic are heavy with playback, but you can also hear her singing along with it. The rest is mostly just back-track vocals but she's singing live & clear - & fans love it
