Why are some school students so mean for no reason? My theory is that they're all so bored to death from the seven hour school days that they are extreemly depressed, so they torment random people to pass the time. That's really sad. I think that we should shorten the school day and make it start about an hour later, but of course no one will be willing to do that. (Because they have to have someone to baby sit their kids right?) What we need is a revolution in the school systems.

so, if you are having a crappy day or week (or even year like me, 2010 was the worst year of my life), see if someone is gonna miss you, if yes, then you have more blessing than me, if not, thinking over real good, im not doctor and leaving feelings aside, you need to think carefully, it's not because "daddy doesnt love me", it is because my life can not get fixed (at least not easily), maybe the first step is to get counseling and go from there, i got it and it help me with the idea or a date.

I just want to let you know, you're amazing. I used to be suicidal. But a few months ago, my boyfriend said "If you kill yourself, Ill kill myself" and it made me realize how scary that is and how much I dont want him to kill himself, that basically shows how much I mean to him. So I just quit being suicidal. I realized it was so stupid.

ZOMG the key to getting to rid of suicidal thoughts AND depression, is not anti-depressants, but SELF-ESTEEM!!
Self-esteem can destroy you if it's low, it comes when you are depressed, or before depression.
To build your self-esteem, I'd try other tips to build it up.
But I exercised for bout' 3 days and my self-esteem was back and depression was gone!
You might want to exercise for a max up to 2 weeks before trying other tips.
