@magred2 I've yet to receivea Licensing Agreement and compensation that indicates Gary Tussey has released licensing for these songs to anyone for performance or recording rights. As well Gary Tussey was an equal member of a non-incorporated BPB when this was recorded. Songs not released and not Licensed by Bent Penny Band from Gary Tussey are "Girl Stays on my Mind", "The Chase" and "Green Eyed Blues" (aka bp Blues)

This song, "Girl Stays on my Mind" was written by Gary Tussey in 1995...for his wife, Julie Tussey. BP does not own the copyright.
