If you want to visit a forum about all things bike stereo related, stop by the BIKEOLOGY site run by the owner of the Beatrix system shown here on youtube & join the chats, show YOUR rig off, or get ideas & tech help for building your own system.
Everyone from 5,000 watt trailer owners to DIY boombox hackers or even just curious onlookers is welcome.
@333paolo333 Actually, by riding a bike and getting their blood pressure and heart rate up they'll get even more drunk than if they just did nothing or sat in a chair.
You can't "work off" drunk, the only way to get sober is to wait.
Runs as long as the party can stroke it. That is hawt!
The MC3 chopper gang of Vancouver BC has a pedal power system for events, but it is not worked into a bike and is not easy to setup (although going off of just friction is a hard way to make energy and needs lots of maintanance, im guessing.)
nice video, you come off as open and unassuming. I like it. good luck!
The Hub is a Sturmey Archer 8 Speed Disc hub. I recommend it, but you must adjust it well before putting any real miles on it.
The Lithium battery doesn't make it any louder, but it does allow you to listen to music while cruising, so that you don't have to exert energy both for transportation and for audio and light.
It's possible to power everything while riding on the flats, but when you hit a hill, you need to direct your power to countering gravity.
bring that thing to mexico and we'll really get the fiesta started! try adding innovate or die to your tags so you show up in a youtube search for that.
This is the hottest, smokinest, tightest, human-powered ride out there! Bring the people together to get funky and show 'em how to human power the fun! I love it, nice job!
