@ForPropertyInvestors The freewheel was brand new, improperly shimmed, and a little stiff in this video. I lubricated it and added a shim, its good to go. The pedals shouldn't turn when the motor turns, and there was no real force behind them in this video, they're really easy to stop. Now they don't turn at all with the motor going.
@staver76 Yeah. Some motors have the standard 6 bolt mount right on the side, but many others have a screw mount that you can find adaptors or discs for that screw right on. The lower power geared hubs tend to have screws right on the side for direct mounting.
@ericspda Do you know what the screw mount for 6 bolts is called? I just find out I have a "screw mount or a "threaded" side on the left which I think might be for a disc brake.
@staver76 I dont know, those are definitely hard to find. The only real places I saw them available was with the purchase of a Crystalyte motor. I would imagine they're sold somewhere, I just never looked or needed one.
@ericspda Hi, sorry to ask this of you, but can you watch the link I sent you in my pm? I think I bought the same motor as you and I have this 1 weird problem. Can you please check it out?
The ring things you can't figure out what they are for is the Pedal assist sensor. Goes around your Bottom Bracket, at the pedals

Why are the pedals turning can you hold them stopped and the motor still runs turning the wheel?

@ericspda Is it possible to have a disc brake in the rear tire with the motor?
