Brother you are misunderstanding one main point. This jamat doesn't claim that they can give hidayat to anyone. Just like the Anbiya's also cannot give hidayat to their close relative such as the Uncle of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.
So why should we expect that a person giving dawah MUST have his whole family perfectly religious???
The only reason I think why we say bad about these jamat brothers is because of our own personal reason, not religious reasons; and this is very unfair.
