No Jen had a 12(or 14, i can't remember) stunt double; the stunt double was a really good pro skator. The song is "Pitiful" by Blindside. This is one of Jen's best works. I love this movie :D

Oh, I see where she skated, there at the end, on flat ground along the fence, no tricks. The rest is Lauren Perkins. If you look at Lauren's profile on etniesgirlDOTcom under "stats" it lists
Stunt doubled for the Jamie character played by Jennifer Morrison in the 2003 Warner Bros. feature film, "Grind"
Saying she "skated" and saying "I did all the skating myself" are two different things, especially when she gives credit to a stunt double in another interview.
Love this movie. Yeah obviously a stunt but you gotta admit they did a pretty good job with the closeups and not being overly obvious about it. Jmo's my fav. actress tho.
