Bought an Nike+ kit in the USA on me holiday put it into sleep mode for the trip home, now it doesn't work yay :( and I came home 3days ago :(

Yes, it DOES work on the old Nano, but NOT on the iPod Mini or any other non-Nano iPod (iTouch, Classic, iPhone etc.)

the touch and iphone 3g has a built in reciever so u do not need the reciever that plugs into the nano

the nike plus is brilliant if your into running you must get one.

If you already own an iPod nano, the sensor is 29 (euro or dollars, depends where you live).
You don't need special shoes as soon as you secure the sensor to the laces (google nike+ without nike shoes for ideas).
It's actually "cheap" from my point of view, if you think of it this way.
Geez, I sound like an advertisment myself...what a fanboy :) but I like nike+...
