after i finish the gameplay " online " my ps3 LAGING !!

i don't know why, even i have just 10 friends add in ps3

Maybe someone can help m. It seems that I am about .5 seconds behind EVERYONE in the lobby On my screen Im shooting people and not getting a single hitmarker, or I get 3-4 hitmarkers but get turned on. I watch the kill cams and theater mode and it shows I never hit them, and I missed my opponent completely. I switched to Local Only & Delete friends nothing helps I don't have this problem on MW2. It also shows I have 3-4bar the whole game. I sometimes get connection interruption, & no1 else does

@akamaster09 I heard if you go to options and turn off theater mode in MW3, it can drastically help. Other than that, i've never found a solution. I had to quit playing all-together

yeah when my gf and i play on her profile theres alot less lag compared to my account. reason being is i have tons of people on my friends list where she has only our inner circle of friends on psn and hers is fine. on mine even the lobby lags when i try to go on my triangle friends list not my XMB... but god help you if you access the black ops friends list then access the XMB at the same time...

The frames jumping isnt lag its just a bad connection, lag is when the other players have a poor upload speed so their actions take longer to reach your screen and they have a huge advantage in seeing you a split second before you see them, the servers should be equiped with the software to detect peoples broadband speed and distance their data needs to travel and only connect those people that have very similar results to make things accurate.

You might be able to fix the frame rate a little, but you can't fix the lag unless you get a crappy connection. The lag is because of lag compensation, its written into the game, and if people come into the room with crap connection it helps them out by compensating them. Way too much I might add. So just get bad Internet and you'll be awesome, or move to Mexico.

I have 2 bars. Great. I can barely knife jackshit. I lose in almost all the close battles which is why I hate Nuketown. I try acting noobish like using Ghost, Second Chance, noobtube, and all that. Same results. All the guns might as well be the same stats. I can use an AK74u against someone with a pistol and I still lose. I always get fucking negative KD cause my connection sucks balls. USed this techinique. Same thing. But guess what, when I'm host, everyone suffers my pain and I go flawless.

@ldrz1 Well no, that's not it, any multi console game is made for PC first, then Xbox, then PS, it's always been this way, because coding for PC is what most every gaming company is used to, then they port it over to Linux for the PS3 and Wii, they don't take they're time on the port because they don't fully understand Linux or they don't make as much money from it, and as such, online play is slowed with bad Linux scripting for the game and the servers aren't paid for, thus slower and outdated.
