The TV mini series movie - Hitler the Rise of Evil is surprisingly good, accurate, fair. Sure there are some throw away scenes, like Hitler beating a dog in World War I, but the rest, not bad - shows Hitler's power to speak, reach the hearts and minds of all Germans, rich and poor, unemployed workers, war vets and the Upper Class. Shows how AH worked with what was around him, including making the SA street army led by homosexual, socialist tough guy Ernst Rohm

In Berlin and the North - where the Catholic nationalists were not strong and the Communist were very strong, NS pushed the more "socialist - National Socialist"" line.

The introduction of certain "cliches" about Hitler was unnecessary and makes the film a bit biased. On the other hand, they did quite well with the costumes and the recreation of that time.
