@maxtull21 Not Chia. China influenced Japan until AD 850s. After the time Japan had established Japanese own culture. Europeans have prejudice that China influenced Japan always. You shouldn't forget until 1945 North part of China was Japanese territory. Actually we use chinese character, but now the character became absolutely another thing. If we didn't teach industrial technology to China since1973,and money, China couldn't become present situation. Even now ODA helps China.
@kaisermuto I was talking about an episode in Hetalia, not history, it was on episode 16 of Hetalia Axis Powers when China took young Japan under his wing and helped him to grow up.
I saw a similar thing like that in Hetalia episode 16 when Japan started growing well under the teachings of China.
